This was my first time staying at this property and I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location was to the freeway and eating establishments. I arrived later in the evening and being pretty lazy after a long day of work, I opted to eat at their café. Decent options for sandwiches and other appetizer style foods, it was quick and easy to grab my dinner and head back to my room. The dining area is a good size, and they have a bar if you prefer to grab a drink.

expired «naked» juice, almost 30 days expired ! had to walk all the way back to front desk, get dressed again, and wi-​fi does not work. bummer. No noise from outside, but HEAVY SLAMMING DOOR NOISE FROM 5 TO 10 P.M. YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE TALKING IN HALLWAY & YOUR NIEGHBOR. Went back out this morning hope they change their juice in the juice refrigerator.

Stayed here two nights for a business trip and was pretty happy with my stay. My business was in Coravllis, so I was VERY happy when I found a flight to Eugene instead of Portland; the commute was a whole lot better, and no traffic whatsovere (I-​5 was clear all the way up, and back). Got the usual courteous checkin, clean room, and good food at the bistro. Still have to remove a star because of how the TV is setup in a strange way to the room (swivel to watch either from bed or sofa). What I liked best is the location. It’s very close to a couple of gas stations, so there was no problem searching for a place to refuel the rental car before I returned it. Additionally, there are several dining choices within quick walking distance (Outback, Jack In The Box, Hopyard Valley Pub, Shari’s Café). The weather happened to be pretty bad when I went, so it was nice to be able to enter the side door closer to my room, and not have to worry about driving the car out to eat despite the rain and cold, since the walk was so short. I’d certainly stay here again.
Of note: You can get a small discount booking here with the AAA rate. They did not ask me for my card when I checked in, even though the site said they would.

We always stay @ Inn at the 5th or Marriott Residence Inn close to U of O. Everything was booked, so we had no choice. This hotel is outdated: Bathroom sink very small, popcorn ceilings, 70’s wallpaper, and what Courtyard view?
I was excited when I thought I heard, free Starbucks coffee 24/​7, wrong again… over-​priced for what you get!

Very friendly staff, nice little café with decent food, newly remodeled, and very clean. This is your standard hotel but they are trying hard to make it seem more upscale. I have high standards when it comes to hotels and I was very satisfied with my stay here. Perhaps a bit overpriced but not too far off.

Very friendly staff. Accommodated all our requests and was comfortable for a large basketball team. Both players and staff had a good stay. The food was enough but the pasta had a little too much lemon and the potatoes were dry. The rooms were spacious in the suites and the doubles.

I visited this property for a 2 night business trip. This is a typical Courtyard property with the updated lobby, Starbucks, limited bistro menu… Who actually eats in the lobby anyway? This is a good location for business travelers and if you are going to Autzen stadium. Staff is friendly and competent.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, with fridges, & new TVs. I did have a problem with my TV and it was fixed within hours. There are also many dining options nearby some within walking distance.
Digression: I walked across the parking lot to Hop Valley if you like beer go here. Food was way above par as well. The pulled pork tacos are a must.
Back to the Courtyard…
Wireless access was adequate. If you like to keep fit on the road their fitness center is clean, but small. I worked out in off hours so I had no issues but more than 3 people and you are shoulder to shoulder. Make sure you request a room on the 2nd (top) floor.
Yes I would stay here again…

Great place for an abundance of food options only walking distance away. Going to a Ducks football game, all good, shuttle bus stop is at Symantec, about 1 mile away. 3.50 per person to the front of the stadium. Hotel is set in the perfect location with clean rooms and nice staff.

Easy access to I5. Clean rooms in reasonable proximity to Autzen Stadium for those Oregon games. There is a mini-​service bistro on site but no full restaurant. However, there are plenty of choices for food within walking distance our a short drive. The hotel features a small indoor pool with an even smaller fitness center.
Resort destination? Nope. Decent room to spend the night? For sure.

Clean. quiet… and comfy beds. .$ 179.00 during the week felt kinda steep for Eugene… but the service was impeccable… they had a guest reception on Tuesdays with free snacks including beer wine and COCTAILS. seriously who does that and not the cheap booze. Top shelf. LOL… I would definitely stay here again… btw the pool was warm and clean and the hot tub rocked!

I stayed here two nights for a work event. I was treated like royalty the minute I checked in. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bath products are quality. I enjoyed the happy hour immensely. The gal who poured our wine was generous and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and the fruit was fresh. I joined their members rewards and will ALWAYS stay here when in town for work!

The hotel seems to be older in design, but has been completely remodeled. The lobby and rooms are very nice and modern. However, my room was perhaps the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I’m here for 27 nights and with all my gear and luggage I have very little room to walk around or even set up an ironing board. I asked to change to a bigger room but they were not able to accomadate me. Also, I have no microwave to reheat things like left over pizza and the mini-​fridge is extremely mini! Will hold yogurt and string cheese. Lastly, aside from the WiFi, which runs well, nothing is free here… no free cookies, no complimentary «manager’s social» with beer and wine, and certainly no breakfast. So, I shortened my reservation by two weeks and plan to move across the street to the Hilton Garden Inn. They still fall within the government rate and have some nicer amenities.

WOW! This is my favorite Courtyard Marriott that I have been to thus far. The lobby was FANTASTIC and extremely modern. The breakfast in the morning was surprisingly excellent. I love the oatmeal and the toppings they give you. The lobby food is really convenient, inexpensive and good. They even had decent wine. The rooms included a recycling bin which made me really happy.
I also think the huge touch screen in the lobby is really cool and it tells you all about restaurants nearby, news, weather, etc.
The only drawback is that the gym was smaller than my hotel room…

I see that they have the food area, but I’ve never eaten there. McDonald across the street for breakfast, and a brewery across the street for lunch and dinner. Good location, shopping mall within walking distance for things forgotton. Staff always good.

clean room (not the largest but decent) including coffee maker (no fridge or microwave) with a decently sized flat screen TV and free wifi in rooms and in the lobby. the recently-​remodeled lobby is modern, clean, and well-​organized. when we walked in we were immediately greeted and quickly checked in. there’s an informal restaurant that has breakfast items, sandwiches and pizzas, salads and soups, some starbucks items, and wine and beers (none on tap though). there are also booths that have individual flat screen tvs and laptop hookups and indoor and outdoor tables and couches to relax at. i also appreciated the business area with 3 desktop computers for surfing and two dedicated for printing out boarding passes.
the only thing i didn’t really love is that my room was on the ground floor and the only access to natural light was through the sliding doors. while it wasn’t busy when we were here and it seems like this is mostly a hotel that caters to people on business, i could imagine it being problematic if there are a lot of people wandering around on the grounds around the sliding doors of the rooms.

Nice room layout for a business hotel. 40′ plasma tv that swivels so you can sit on the couch or bed. Clean room, above average quiet, free internet and you can buy beer, wine, snacks in the lobby.
I couldn’t get the heat to regulate. It was either too hot or cold. But that’s typical of most in wall heater/​AC combo’s. For $ 119.00 it was great.
