History

Established in 2011.

Craig Fauver taught social studies in Washington DC before he began his career as a residential real estate agent with Long & Foster’s Capitol Hill office when he was 26 years old. After achieving numerous awards for production as an agent Craig accepted an offer from Keller Williams where he worked for a while, before accepting another offer from Fairfax Realty in Tyson’s Corner. Today, Craig serves residential and commercial clients through his own company throughout DC, No. VA, and MD.

Craig Fauver was born in Staunton, VA and attended Virginia Tech. He graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and history after which he began studying secondary education at Mary Baldwin College. Craig moved to Washington, DC to teach grades 5 – 7 social studies at a now defunct public charter school in NE DC. That summer Craig took his real estate salesperson classes and began helping guide buyers and sellers to a smooth and stress-​free settlement. At the age of 30, he completed an additional 180 hours of education to become a real estate broker and start his own firm.
