I have been coming here for years. Always very clean on the inside… the outside though ughhhhh. I can never come in or out without basically getting asked to please give somebody a dollar or buy something. I cannot stand that crap. Where the heck is a security guard? I have to say the pharmacy be crazy busy, but they always handle everything with ease

Came to visit the Big E, got a head cold, it was a lifesaver that this CVS was here since the other downtown all closed early. Inside was nice, outside was super sketchy like the other reviewer said. The irony is that it is almost exactly across the street from the local police station. Just don’t make eye contact with the guys in the parking lot.

While I’m happy that CVS is open 24⁄7 and it’s right around the corner from my house, I’m real tired of getting accosted by the local crackheads every single time I go there. No I don’t have a minute. No I don’t have a dollar. No I don’t want to buy some pants at 5am on a Tuesday night from you. C’mon. P. S. Clean your parking lot.
