Specialties
We specialize in oral and facial surgical procedures. Most of these services are dental in nature but we are trained in head and neck surgeries including facial reconstruction and cosmetic procedures. We mainly perform wisdom teeth extractions andplace dental implants under general anesthesia.
All dentists can place dental implants but only a maxillofacial surgeon is highly trained with complicated placement. OMFS are dental specialists that perform procedures of the head an neck for 6 years in hospital setting enabling them to use skills to add bone and skin grafts on areas that are deficient prior to implant placement.
All surgeons in our practice are board certified in local and general anesthesia.
History
Established in 1977.
This Oral and Maxillofacial surgery practice was started in 1977 by Dr. Daniel J. Daley Jr. in Drexel Hill, PA. Over the next decades, Drs. Richard Clark and Nicholas Hatges joined the practice making it a successful business helping the community in 2 new locations, Springfield and Newtown Square. Just recently, Daniel Daley has begun the retirement process and the practice has recently picked up Dr. Jeffrey Litman in 2016.

Dr. Jeff Litman attended undergraduate college at Bucknell University where he obtained a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 2005. From there, he pursued a career in dentistry graduating from UMDNJ Rutgers Dental School) in 2009. He then attended a dental residency program at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center after which he decided to pursue oral surgery. After participating in a 1 year Oral Surgery internship at Kings County Hospital Center in 2010, he then completed Temple University Hospital 4 year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program in 2015. Dr. Litman is a member of good standing of multiple societies including the Pennsylvania Socitey of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery (PSOMS), American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (AAOMS). He is currently a diplomate of the International College of Oral implantologists (ICOI), board certified in administering general anesthesia for dentists, and board eligible for the American board of oral surgery (ABOMS) for the year 2017.
