Eyebrow Designer 21

It’s another eyebrows designer place, good thing it’s not located in a mall so easier to park right outside, easy access.
I was surprised that the eyebrow threading is priced at $ 12 when all the other places charge $ 10 for it.
Overall she did a good job.

I’m unclear what these other reviewers were looking for in an eyebrow threading place. Have they never been to a run of the mill threading place? The ladies weren’t rude but they weren’t overly nice. Just a normal «what do you want? OK sit» and they let me know when to hold. They did a great job and I was happy. I usually go to the place inside Tysons so it is great to have a place down the street.

I’ve been coming here since they used to be in the mall.
Service was lacking as some of stated in the beginning, but now that they’re used to me I get a hello how are you with a smile.
Their service is pretty good as I keep coming back for more and don’t use anyone else. I usually only go for one specific person because the one time I used someone else it wasn’t pleasant.
Prices have gone up recently but is still cheap.

Despite the so so reviews on here I decided to check this place out anyway. Will NEVER go back. Not only was the customer service beyond rude but the experience I had was far less than satisfying.
First I was «greeted» with a «SIT. What do you want?!» — as the lady carries on a convo in another language with another woman in another room in the back of the salon. Not one word to me. I tried expressing how I wanted my eyebrows threaded she just said «yeah» rudely, as if I was interrupting her.
Though it was quick, the end result was not what I asked for. My eyebrows were uneven and one of them crooked… Took over a month to grow them back out to normal. I could not rush out of there sooner!
Not worth the money, and definitely not worth my time or yours.

Like Koko T said, their customer service is lacking. Not even a hello when you walk in, she just pointed to the chair and said sit. Eyebrow threading was very quick though, and they look awesome! I probably will go back, cause I love how my eyebrows turned out. They just really need to work on their friendliness!

This is the same place that used to be in Springfield Mall. I believe overall this place does a good job threading with the exception of a few. The reason this place does not get a four or a five is because of their lack of customer service. Please do not expect a tip from me if you don’t say anything other than hello or don’t say hello at all. They don’t ask you how you are. Plus don’t point or touch me to get me told hold my eyebrows or push my face. That pisses me off. Do you really expect a tip when haven’t said anything at all. Please get some custimer service skills.
