Worst dentist office. A few years back I had a filling done. It kept falling off so I kept going back for a new one and was charged each time. Once I switched doctors(due to their front desk staff being rude and far from professional) I found out why my filling kept falling off along with my crown. Turns out within 5 minutes of my new dentist examining my crown, she told me that any professional dentist would know that I needed a gum surgery. Due to my gums, my teeth weren’t capable of holding a crown in. With that being said, I ended up getting an infection on my tooth due to the fact that nothing had been covering the tooth since the crown came off more than 3 times. My new dentist suggested us to go back and get them to give us a refund or to sue the office. In the end, I’m just relieved I found a professional dentist who had to clean up after the uneducated dentists’ mistakes. She was able to perform the procedures and now my teeth have healed. She knows her stuff, her field, and has tons of experience– I couldn’t be happier.

First off, don’t use them. They made me pay for services that my insurance already covered. They were basically double paid. Took weeks for me to recover my refund from them(multiple attempts — several checks rather than 1). They made it difficult and I had to drive to them rather than them mail it to me. When I tried to use another dentist, they wanted me to pay a fee to release a set of xrays that most all insurance pays for once every 3 yrs. My insurance company said that these dentist offices are allowed to do this, but the insurance lady I spoke to laughed and said in all her years working that I was the very first customer she has ever heard of that a dentist office actually were weasels enough to do this.
