One of the best Kare-Kare I have ever had with homemade ‘bagoong’. My ‘go-to’ place for quick dinner for the family. Where can you get 4 different dishes for under $ 20.00?!

I could have given a 5-star review due to good and sumptuous dishes however, the charges in the receipt are always off. Too late though that i realized only after i reviewed my purchases back home which is an hour drive from the store. On the two instances that i have been there, they double charged me on some items. May I suggest that you always make it a point to double check your receipt and the items you purchased.

Super delicious Filipino meals! For me it’s the best in the northern VA area! Try it to believe it!

As my fellow Unilocaler Ron H said back in 2012, their kitchen looked unsanitary. The hot foods of about 10 types of dishes were unappealing looking and did not look fresh or even hot(temperature wise). It’s a very small store and somewhat cluttered. They should probably think about spending a few days tidying and cleaning the store. It was my first time here and I was reminded of the days when going to mom and pop Asian grocery stores with my parents which was rarely ever a pleasant experience. Some of their items looked expired, old, or stale. I would recommend taking the trek two miles east to Manila Oriental for groceries and prepared foods. I only give this place 1.5 stars just because they carry ube ice cream and Turon.

What luck, food from the home country right in my on hood! This local«turo turo» café and market I just what this neighborhood needs! They cook fresh food on the weekends, but get there early since all the grub is gone by mid day. They do lunch specials too, on a few weekdays. They also have groceries and bakery items, It’s a small location in a strip mall off Rolling Road but they pack a lot in that little store! They also do catering of their tasty items like their empanadas and pancit! Oh, and for those of you looking for whole roast pigs, you can get them here too! That would require a preorder but worth it!

Fiesta Oriental Springfield offers everything you can expect from a Filipino store in Northern Virginia. The shelves are well stocked and they have many particular items not found in the large global markets. The store can be a little hard to find as it sits in the back corner of the strip mall. They offer hot food but only WEDNESDAYS through SUNDAYS from 10AM to 7PM. The sign on the wall says two selection combos with rice are $ 5.75. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the servery or the kitchen area. There were three round tables in the front of the establishment(completely separate from the serving area in the back) that could seat maybe a total of 9 people. My take on Fiesta Springfield is that it probably serves the west Springfield Filipino community well but it is an average store not worth making a special trip, especially since Manila Oriental is only 2 miles away to the east.

Saturday & Sunday you won’t find a better pork bar-b-que in a all of West Springfield. Situated one block west of the Old Keene Mill Road & Rolling Road intersection, Fiesta is nestled in a cramped strip mall that includes the Asian Grille, Milano’s Family Restaurant, and Village Chicken. The bar-b-que is cooked fresh on weekends & can be ordered throughout the week by calling at least a day ahead. The empanadas can’t be denied. Fried & filled to the tee, incredibly tasty fresh from the stove. The parking lot is guarded by speed bumps at every entrance, so use caution.
