I placed an order online for«in-store» pick up. Apparently, the item(a hat) wasn’t in stock at the store. So instead of calling or emailing me, they just flat out cancel the order. I didn’t even get an email stating that the order was canceled! Terrible customer service by both the store and the website. If you’re out of stock, that’s fine. But at least keep your customers in the know. I’ll stick to the major retailers from now on. Finish Line is just another«mall» chain store that will be out of business in a few years.
