History
Established in 2011.
I became a certified personal trainer in 2004 and began working out of another trainers gym, but it was never the right fit for me. I wanted to provide personal trainin, but the facility had gym members who used the same equipment I trained on, and I was pressured to teach classes to optimize the numbers of paying clients for the gym. So I finally decided that to do it my way I was going to have to open my own training studio. And in 2011 I did just that.
Now I provide personal training instruction for each client.

I fought weight problems most of my life. By 2003, I weighed over 300 lbs. I was facing a divorce, and really didn’t want to feel like a victim. I wanted to feel strong, so I picked up a dumbbell and started to change my life. Two years later I had lost 158 lbs.
Eight years later, and I still have the weight off. In between those times, I became a certified personal and started helping others do the same. And not just weight loss. I help people get stronger, healthier, improve their balance, and start living the lives they want instead of just existing.
