I have been in the contracting/​handyman business for over 20 years. I have extensive training in the architectural field, and a degree in mechanical engineering, which is the field I am currently working in. As a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) and a member of Nachi (National association of Home Inspectors) I am able to provide you with a comprehensive report with dozens of color photos. It will be and honor and a privilege to be a part of your biggest investment.

I am a mechanical engineer with extensive architectural training. I have also been in the contracting/​constructing business for over 20 years. It has been a privilege to work and inspect many homes over the years.

I have worked and lived in the Delaware county area all my life. therefore, I am very familiar with the the homes, and codes in our area.
