G & M Limo Service

Unfortunately our driver was very aggressive. We hired him to drive us on a vineyard tour. Though we told him the AC was intermittently blowing hot air and it was excessively hot in the back he insisted the AC worked and said we couldn’t know because we were drinking. The two pregnant ladies amongst us certainly were not drinking and were the most uncomfortable in the heat. At one of the vineyards I found him under the rear of the van attempting to make a repair. Clearly he knew there was a problem but was not willing to admit it. Instead he tried to make his customers feel bad.
As if this wasn’t enough, as we left the van he made all sorts of threats, false accusations and even pretended to call the police.
We did not allow this company to ruin our day but we will never use them again.

G & M Limo Services were just not what I expected from a limo company. The driver, who said he was a owner of the company, was not professional and not courteous at all. The bus did not seem to have a functioning A/​C, which should be required by law in the middle of August! It was just a bad experience and I would NOT recommend them and NOT use them again.

It frustrates me that in order to inform the public of the horrendous service this company provided, I am forced to even give them 1 star. They deserve 0.
We rented a limo bus from them for a work event to tour wineries and celebrate meeting our team goal. What was supposed to be a day of fun and celebration was spoiled by our drivers complete lack of respect and atrocious customer service.
We politely requested the air conditioning be turned on several times, and considering we were paying for the service, it was 95 degrees outside, and we had two pregnant team members riding in this heat, I think that was a pretty reasonable request. The driver, however, responded by blaming our being uncomfortably hot on the fact that we were having a few drinks. It was 10 am and we were having mimosas, so any insinuation that we were hot due to being «drunk» is absolutely ridiculous. Needlesstosay, the person he addressed with this outlandish accusation was 9 months pregnant and certainly not drinking.
The sheer lack of professionalism, customer service and overall attitude of our driver throughout the entire day (who I was later told was the owner of the company) was absolutely appalling.
I would rather spend triple the amount and take an über than recommend this company or use them again.
