We are a local, family-​owned cleaning company located in Fairfax, VA. We are licensed, registered and insured.

If you need your house or business cleaned you can call us or use the contact form on the website. We can offer you a FREE estimate over the phone, on-​site or online. We charge a flat fee, not an hourly rate, so your cost will never change.

Efficient teams of 1 – 3 persons, depending on the size of the project, will arrive on time ready to serve you.

We work Monday thru Saturday and last minute appointments are no problem.

We have used Jessy’s team for the past five years. We are leaving the area and I wanted to write this review in appreciation of the great relationship we’ve had with her. Her teams do a great job, and if ever we had an issue, it was resolved in a quick and friendly manner. She always responded promptly to emails and texts as well.
Jessy has always been flexible in rescheduling with me if I had guests coming, were travelling, or needed to change the date for any other reason.
We saw a handful of cleaners over the years, almost always the same 4 – 5 people (usually teams of 2 women), and it felt good and more secure to have the same teams coming rather than different people each time. You also know that she is a good employer since she has had the same employees for a long time.
I also liked using Jessy Cleaning Services because it is a local, female owned business.
We will miss her touch in our house. I guess the best recommendation I can give is to say that if we ever were to return to the NoVa area, we wouldn’t hesitate to engage her team again.

Jessy’s Cleaning was absolutely excellent! I was fortunate to have them clean my house as part of the «Clean for a Reason» program for breast cancer survivors. Jessy’s Cleaning was generous with their time and hard work and my house looked terrific! What a relief to come home to a very clean home and fresh beds after treatment. Excellent communication and would highly recommend!

Their service is really not worth even $ 1 to anyone who remotely pays attention to how clean their home is. I paid $ 130 every two weeks and my house was never clean. Several times, the crew didn’t even bother going to my basement to clean and when my nanny told me, I told Jessy who offered one cleaning at half price to make up for it. The other issue was that we had different crews all the time and most of them just wasted time and didn’t clean properly. With my busy work schedule, it was very frustrating that in order to ensure proper cleaning, I literally had to follow them from room to room. Who has time for that. After 6 months, I cancelled my service and would not recommend them to anyone.

They are affordable, fast and punctual. They clean the large common area well — kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms. My biggest concern isn’t getting every nook and cranny but getting these large areas done in a short amount of time. If you want deep cleaning and have a large home, you may need to pay extra and/​or more time. You may have to point out specific areas that they may forget to clean. I made sure to ask to have the floors cleaned underneath my couches. But I also make sure to be home when any cleaners come so I can double check their work before they leave.
Overall, they are excellent cleaners. They are open to using bleach and your own cleaners. They made my beds with no extra charge.

My family has been hiring Jessy for over a year now, but we are unhappy with her lack of professionalism. I will call to schedule, and she canceled on me THE DAY OF.
Again, Jessy and her crew were supposed to come today, but another no-​show. I called to see what was up, but no mention or call to cancel beforehand.
Regarding their cleaning, it’s not the best and it’s not the worst. I think their cleaning is very surface level so when you take a look at places that aren’t visible, like under the bed or in the corner of the wall or stairs, there’s still dust everywhere.
I need a new cleaning service!
Update-​literally 10 seconds after I posted my review, they came to my house almost an hour later than scheduled! Better late than never, I suppose!

I live in a group house with many roommates who travel often. We decided to invest in a cleaning service to help with upkeep and avoid fighting and Jessy’s Cleaning has been great! Similar to what other people have said, it isn’t a «perfect» clean for folks who are particular but they get all the big common areas (kitchen, restroom, living room, bedrooms, etc) and have been a really big help in our house. They come once a month and are very reasonably priced for our giant row house.

Very good experience. They cleaned a large house for $ 150, and they did a solid job. Before they left, I had to ask them to go back downstairs and clean the basement floor, but they did it without complaint, and they did a good job. The bathrooms and kitchen were my biggest request, and all of those were sparkling when they left.
My biggest hesitation is that I would not recommend trying to pay with a credit card. They give you a piece of paper on which you include all your credit card information. Not secure at all. My recommendation: make sure to have cash or a check on hand to pay when they’re done. They should add an option on their website to pay or to pay by phone on a credit card. It may be all the same, but I was nervous giving them my info on a piece of paper for them to drive to other houses with, etc.

I just had cleaning service from Jessy and was very impressed. My house sparkles… and they cleaned everything… kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. I even think that they cleaned my carpet in some spots. Jessy was responsive — I needed my place cleaned right away and she squeezed me in quickly. She did a very nice job!

Using their service for first time for monthly deep clean. Setting up service was fast and easy. Ladies arrived on time and cleaned house within an hr. Did a great job in kitchen.
But they used our tissue rolls to clean kitchen and bathroom!!! Also didn’t find the cleaning task to match their online check list. Windowsills, cobwebs baseboards and doors were left untouched. So far all attempts to reach them to give feedback have failed. Disappointed…

Used their services for a total of 3 times. The first clean was their «deep» clean and I was totally impressed. Thought I had found the perfect house cleaning company. Second time around… sloppy job. Emailed my complaints and they were responsible and even offered a discount on the next cleaning. So we gave them another chance.
Come home yesterday after their so-​called cleaning and had an entire list:
1. The stove was barely cleaned.
2. The appliances and countertop pieces in the kitchen were left dirty.
3. None of the trash bags were replaced even though I left trash bags on the counter and several trash bags are missing from the roll.
3. The danger of the gas being left on alone should be and will be reported.
4. Once again the bathroom was not cleaned appropriate.
THEY LEFT THE GAS STOVE TOP ON. Not only was this extremely dangerous, but the smell in our house to our dog and our children.
We will not only never use them again, but will report their irresponsibility to whoever we can!
Please use caution if you decide to use this careless company.

I scheduled this company for a Sat move-​out. I confirmed twice with someone by text msg. Sat comes… no cleaning crew. I was freaking out because my landlord was coming in 3 hrs and I needed some more help with cleaning. I ended up finding a different company that came out at the last minute, but Jessy Cleaning Service royally screwed me over!

I had scheduled a one-​time only cleaning. 3 ladies showed up within the 30 minute window that was promised. They were finished cleaning my 900 sq ft in less than an hour. It smells great, looks great, and I feel like I got a bargain for $ 100! Would definitely recommend.

Great cleaning service! They did such a fantastic job on my apartment cleaning that I signed up for the bi-​weekly service. Jessy sends you a list of everything they will clean when the team comes through and they really do a thorough job.
I’m so glad to have them so I can get to other things in my busy life. I just think it’s so unfair that they can clean my place so much better than me in a far shorter timeframe! I wish I was that efficient.
I also love that I can communicate via email. Awesome.

Jessy Cleaning Service is Fanstastic! I’ve used several different companies in the past, but have been the most pleased with Jessy. They clean my place from top to bottom. Air Vents, bathroom fans, baseboards, etc. Such a delight to come home after Jessy’s team has been in.

I am SUCH a fan of Jessy Cleaning. Jessy and her staff are dependable, honest, affordable, and efficient. I love that I can leave my house in the morning and come home to it GLOWING at the end of the day. Jessy’s staff bring their own cleaning supplies and a vacuum too.
I know this is a small thing, but I also love that I can communicate with Jessy over email. It makes scheduling or rescheduling much easier.

I didn’t have an opportunity to view Jessy’s Unilocal page until the morning before they were set to come clean my condo. With the less than glowing reviews, I wasn’t very hopeful that they’d do a good job. Yet, I’m happy to report that I was very pleased with their work!
After soliciting several cleaning quotes from craigslist, I settled on Jessy because they had affordable pricing and a pretty expansive cleaning checklist. I made my appointment on-​line via email and was given a 30 minute window as to when the cleaning crew would arrive. They arrived within the specified time, we exchanged brief hellos, and they immediately got to work.
I opted not to have my office cleaned, so I closed the door and waited there while they did their thing. To my delight, an hour and a half later I exited my office to find my home smelling fresh and looking good. They neatly organized items that were left out on counter and furniture tops, the bathtub was restored to a bright white, and my hardwood floors shined once again. I was really impressed by the details of their cleaning including sweeping under and behind furniture, as well as thoroughly cleaning windowsills and baseboards.
I plan on continuing to use the service on a monthly basis and am hopeful that quality will remain the same.
