American Heart Association classes– BLS for Healthcare Provider, Heartsaver AED CPR, First Aid, Pediatric First Aid and bloodborne pathogen training. We offer stress free classes at our site or yours. Our educators have over 18 years experience and we love what we do.

History

Established in 1998.

Our instructors began at Baystate Medical Center where they grew the inhouse CPR program for all hospital staff, and brought it to local schools and businesses. When Baystate closed their community and CPR programs in 2011, Kim and Gail joined with New Britain EMS and became an independent training site under the American Heart Association continuing to offer high quality CPR training in the Western MA area at affordable prices.

Business Owner

Kim has a BS degree in Human Services from Springfield College. Following college, Kim pursued a career working with families and helping them manage their daily lives. Kim began teaching CPR in 1998 and joined Baystate Health in 2000 as a Parent Education instructor for a variety of classes. This progressed into a position under the division of Nursing for teaching BLS CPR to hospital employees. Kim continues to teach in the Parent Education program at Baystate Health.
