ZERO star. The most unprofessional, rude staff I have ever experienced. Don’t bother making appointments because you will still have to wait while they are chatting in the background. I witnessed the front desk treated people so poorly– including the elderly when they were asking a simple question– it almost broke them down in tears, I would rather drive 20 miles than have to deal with these people again.

The worst lab experience ever. I had a similar experience of true unprofessionalism. Is no one from corporate reading these reviews and doing anything about it? I made an appointment online but still had to wait 30 minutes and the receptionist didn’t even bother to look and see that I made an appointment — she just treated me like a walk in. Staff were busy yapping about donuts. Office manager was trying to train the staff while there were people waiting to be seen (clearly she wasn’t training them on customer service). Person drawing my blood called me in with my last name and was conducting some kind of call in speaker phone while drawing my blood. Then last straw for me was when she dropped the tube of drawn blood on the floor and dismissed my concerns when I questioned her about it. Seriously LabCorp — train your staff or hire someone who gives a ****

If I could give 0 stars I would. These incompetent morons never sent me a single bill nor gave me any indication as to having a balance with them UNTIL I got a bill from a collection service two years after the initial visit. My doctor sent labs to them and they couldn’t even have the decency to let me know I had a bill? Oh and when I called to resolve the issue the phone was off of the hook for two days straight.

Came here at 9:10am on a Saturday for a 9:15am appointment for a blood test for my 1 year old baby. There were approximately 30 people in the waiting room and 15 chairs. I notified the receptionist that I had an appointment and was told to go have a seat. I assume that was a joke.
I was taken after a 10 minute wait, which isn’t too long, but we had nowhere to sit so it was uncomfortable to be standing in the waiting room with so many people.
They had nothing to immobilize the baby’s arm and told my wife to hold his arm steady. Since he’s a baby, he was very squirmy and would not sit still and my wife was not able to steady his arm. The lady doing the blood draw yelled at us several times that we weren’t keeping his arm steady even though there was nothing we could do about it.
The entire process of being here was just a nightmare.

I never write reviews, but this place inspired me to post avoidby how horrible it is. The staff are cranky and unprofessional, they have one person who will draw blood and the rest of the people at the front desk yapping, yet it still takes them 30 minutes to scan my insurance card. The bathroom has no sink or soap, the wall mounted hand sanitizers are all empty. I arrived 2 hours ago and was told it would be a 45 minute wait, here I am still sitting here. The one technician who can draw blood is doing nothing. Just this place.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ugh. They have one person drawing blood and three or four people flapping their jaws at reception. We can hear you and those topics are inappropriate and unprofessional! They are sitting there smacking at the keyboard and shouting out to everyone. It opens at 7:00 but no one was taken back until 8:15!!! The place is dirty, the help is not helpful. I’d rather be waiting for a cable guy– it would probably be faster…

Terrible experience here. My doctor’s office sent me here with blood to be tested. The samples were already drawn and the lab orders were included with the samples– all I had to do was drop it off. The drop off took over 30 minutes because nobody in the office knew how to handle it. They yelled at me for not having an appointment because they didn’t understand I’d already had the blood drawn. Once we got past that they couldn’t find paperwork for me to fill out.
Fast forward 10 business days and I’ve been trying to track down test results. For 2 days nobody has answered the phone when I call. My doctor says the results will come to me since I dropped off, but they’re surprised I haven’t heard from them yet. And of course they close early-​well before I get off work– so I’d have to take a half day to go over and talk in person.
If you can avoid this place, do so!

I have to agree with my fellow Unilocalers about this Labcorp. The front desk needs some serious work. The one good thing was that my 930am appointment was actually at 930am. Besides that, I will look for another Labcorp.

One star is for the employees at the front desk. I wish Incould give 5 stars for the young lady who finally drew my blood. My husband never got his blood drawn at all. I instead gave two stars overall. We arrived at our appointment time (3:30 PM).
The front desk lady was not happy to be there and verbally short and rude. She was NOT prepared. You would think that when an appointment is made, the front desk would realize that it is because those people who scheduled the appointment are working to THEIR schedule and have all paperwork ready and waiting in the order of appointments. Nope. We go there and she had to ask us for insurance and doctor’s orders, then look through a bunch of faxed orders to find ours (one of which was missing-​coming from the same doctors). Not likely the doctor’s office mistake. We called the doctor’s office (clock ticking because we had another appointment at 4:00.) we waited 20 minutes or so after the doctor has re-​faxed my husband’s order. I said loudly to my husband that we needed to get to our 4:00 dentist appointment. Then they at least gave my paperwork to the young woman in the back (I wish I had her name-​she was wonderful) to draw the blood. In the meantime we found out that their «new» fax machine wasn’t working, there was no other way for them to receive the order, and my husband took off of work early for no reason. He gave them his business card and asked for them to call him when the machine was working and they had his faxed order. Almost 24 hours later and it never happened. The remainder of the employees were playing around unprofessionally, hitting each other with things and throwing things at one another. They were not embarrassed or concerned. Lab Corp, you need to clear out the front desk at that location. My daughter is looking for a job like that and would do a much better job. For the young woman who drew my blood and the older lady who was in the back, they were excellent. Get rid of your front desk staff, watch for lazy unproductive people (monitor) and please clean up the joint, it is filthy!

The dude working behind the glass was loud and RUDE. I am sitting quietly and he is obnoxiously telling his coworker how an old woman had the nerve to come up to his car and chastise him for parking in a handicap spot. He shouted out, «If I had my gun I’da shot her in the legs!» Great hire, LabCorp!

This place is absolutely awful! The lady at the front desk was completely clueless and didn’t even pay attention. I had to wait until the next person came up before my info was taken correctly. It’s just a drug test not surgery. People are pretty rude but with the way they run this place it is no wonder.

These people here are the absolute worst, I don’t understand why this company exists and why there isnt competition. Before you walk in the door remember the word incompetence because these are what these people are.
Certain people enforce stereotypes and this is what I saw from them addressing others and being ignorant, loud, and shouting when those who needed drug tests were trying to be polite and professional.
Oh and by the way when you have people where their second language is English speak like you learned a little about the English language. When you’re referring to possession its «Mine» — «Mines» are explosive devices. that’s why they were confused dummy.

Poor service. If their ancient computer takes 20 minutes to boot up (according to their front desk clerk) then WHY would you wait until 7:17 to turn it on when you open at 7:00? You have a waiting room of people that have been fasting and haven’t had coffee… We get here early for a reason and it’s NOT to wait until 7:37 for them to enter the orders and insurance info into the computer before calling the first person back for their lab work. Also, I don’t need the tech to hold my hand for moral support for a blood draw, but I seriously had a bruise at the draw site for a week. That typically doesn’t happen with me unless someone is jabbing a needle into my arm

People here are just as rude as almost every other Labcorp.
What is the purpose of setting an appt online if they NEVER EVER respect that and you always have to wait at least an extra 30 mins… like right now. Try saying something and you will get a «nice» answer back.
As much money as Labcorp charges (god bless ins) they need to raise the level of pay and with that the level of their employees.

staff had 2 ladies up front and one guy drawing blood. Had an appt. but still had to wait a half an hour regardless. Front desk spent a good half hour discussing pizza toppings– unprofessional.
