I have been frequenting this franchise for a while. It’s close to my house, and makes it easy to grab something cheap off the dollar menu to satisfy a late night craving. However, the reason I give it three stars is due to the fact that it is no longer 24 hours. One of the things besides proximity that made this location great, was the fact that it was 24 hours. Now I’m aware that this particular restaurant has been open since at least the 90s, but am unsure as to whether or not it was always 24 hours.

If I could give this no stars I would. From my understanding this McDonalds is 24hrs, however pulling up through the drive thru, we received a message that it was closed! Higher management needs to get their thumbs out of their a$$es and make sure their employees are doing their job… YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!! Sooooo disappointed! Definitely will be contacting corporate!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Countless times I’ve shown up during their open hours just to be greeted with a «we are closed now» or no response. When they are open, they are slow af and incompetent. If you’re hungry and in a rush, be prepared to be disappointed. Fuck this store and their pot head management.

Service and drive thru is very fast and efficient. Never had my order messed up or took any longer than it should.
Staff is always friendly and attentive. Fries always comes out hot and fresh which is delicious! :)

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have been to in all of America. I live close by so it is convenient for me, but every time I stop and order something I immediately regret it. The food is ok, but the African American manager that works late nights to mornings is horrible. Almost every time I order I do not receive a recipe; making me think she is either pocketing the money or changing me extra. I will be calling corporate to make she she is not scamming all the customers.

came here multiple times past midnight. either they messed up my order but «forgetting» to put the right items in. or they charge insane amount of money and cant give a receipt due to «system is down». went 20 mins ago they told me a double quarter combo + 2 mcchickens cost 12 bucks and when i called them out on the prices the person got a click-​board and did math on it then told me its 9.97 which is still wrong and unreasonable

I ordered ONE SIMPLE mc chicken and they took forever and it was the buffalo ranch, the sauce was all over the side of the bun is it so hard to put it inside?! This is my local mc donalds and they ALWAYS get something wrong. Not good

It behooves me to not meet a morning person doing the morning shift. It’s 8 in the morning & I have mouths to feed; I was running on a tight schedule, so I opted for a McDonald’s drive through. I get to the area to place my order & I get my usual: The bacon, egg, & cheese McGriddle. But the way I phrased it was «a number 6» as it’s stated on the menu. I notice she puts down a sausage whatever blub blub & I asked her if she got down the McGriddle. B***h tells me it’s a number 9 when it clearly says 6.
I want to write a joke about her having a miscarriage… but I won’t. I’ll just think it.
The McGriddle was pretty tasty though.

It’s a McDonald’s, and it’s clean. That’s a very important characteristic when it comes to any fast food place. After all, if they can’t push a mop through the bathroom and the dining area, what makes you think they’ll do any better in the kitchen?
So, go on and have that Egg McMuffin… you know you want it.

Three out of five incorrect orders in a one week period. Wow. You can’t understnad half the words out of the window tellers mouth (apparently from India or Pakistan).
I’m going elsewhere. That and management that could care less if they served me a brick for a hash brown. No: «sorry,» no: «Can I make it right? Just another (at least cooked properly this time) hash brown thrown into a bag and pushed across the counter. That «service» might work where she comes from but in Springfield, she just saw me for the last time and everyone I can influence to not show up there.

The previous reviewer, though sarcastic is pretty much accurate. This place is a possible stop on my commute that I use for caffeinating mostly. It’s a McDonalds. Fill in the blank. But besides the light industrial neighborhood, this place is extremely fast and accurate. If you need cold caffeine, this is a decent stop.

When driving up, the first thing you notice is the enormous and whimsical façade. Breathtaking archways and real-​looking stone are a kin to a castle straight out of Game of Thrones. Trash in the parking lot gives it the traditional fast food atmosphere while not appearing to try too hard. Futuristic drive thru, Complete with automated robot employee, makes for a wonderful and human-​less connection. In 30 minutes or less you too can enjoy this once in a lifetime opportunity.
