Bad all around. Employees walking around while customers waiting to order. Slow slow and slower even with only 2 people in line. Restaurant dirty. Advice is to go somewhere else.

Convenient, typical good McDonald’s food, inexpensive. But really, the stupidest workers at any McDonald’s I have been to. Typical is this exchange, Me: «For here, number five meal, medium.» Easy? Nope. «Do you want a drink with that?» «Yes, it comes with drink and fries, right? «Oh, yes. So Quarter Pounder?» «No, number 5 is buttermilk chicken sandwich. I would like a medium buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries and a drink, for here please. « » You want that for here? « This happens nearly every time I come here. It’s still quick and yummy, the restaurant is clean, but I swear, they are just crazy stupid.

This location has been in service for at least 25 years, and it definitely shows. The inside is dated and dirty, humid, and greasy. The drive through is efficient, however, and I particularly like when the employees are outside on nice days, standing under an umbrella taking your orders!

The food and service here is always good. Of the two McDonald’s in the area(the other one is in Kings Park Shopping Center) this one is the one I ALWAYS go to. The one at Kings Park always screws up my order and forgets things like sauce etc. Conclusion: It is an old building but the food is always done right and the drive thru staff is really cool.

This fateful morning I felt compelled to have to write a review because of how horrible the service was. Ordered the 2 Sausage Burritos Meal. Guy taking my order if that’s all. I had to ask for a coke with my meal on my own, fair enough it’s early in the morning. I pull up to the window and pay an awkwardly higher than usual cost for a breakfast meal, but do not care enough to argue. Randomly, I get handed two cokes, and I ask the lady if this is my order. She says yes, and I take a closer look at my receipt and I’ve just been charged for two Sausage McGriddle meals, and upcharged twice for two medium cokes. Let me explain the multitude of things that had just gone wrong: 1) Burrito and McGriddle do not sound that similiar… and even if they did it would’ve been nice to confirm that they heard right… 2) Even if I did order two meals, who the hell orders two cokes with two meals simultaneously? If I ask for a coke with that, I don’t think it implies that I want a coke with both meals automatically. 3) Who the hell upcharges automatically to a medium drink without asking you? I never asked for a larger drink just to have to pay more for like two extra sips. Did I mention no straws for either of the drinks? 4) Asked if they have my order right, and the confidence oozed out of this lady’s pores as if I was wrong for asking. Welp, guess we both messed up today. Me for trusting her, and her for trusting the dude taking the orders with earplugs or something. You’d think that since this is pretty much the equivalent of an assembly line for fast food that the monotonous actions would just be ingrained into their actions, but for some reason this place is so inconsistent. Honestly, I don’t know how I would be able to forget straws for two drinks when every single meal comes with a drink… that requires a straw. I can forgive not giving me sweet and sour sauce with my nuggets SOMETIMES(I blame the weird people who eat their nuggets dry), but straws now? Sometimes I wonder if this McDonald’s would still be in business if it weren’t the only 24⁄7 McDonalds nearby…

This is a McDonald’s like almost every other McDonald’s around. It is open 24⁄7. The food is McDonald’s food. The drive thru was quick and efficient — exactly what I was looking for on this particular day. If you are in the mood for Mickey D’s then there is no reason not to go here.

Hmmm. Perhaps a minus star might be more appropriate? This McDonalds need a big renovation. Every booth has ripped upholstery, with foam spilling out. Fiberboard is torn up. But the thing most in need of renovation is the staff. When I walked in, I asked the gentleman ahead of me if he had been served. «Yes, you are next,» he said; «but don’t ask for a bagel if you are smart. They are fighting about bagels.» In the three minutes it took to get a cup of coffee and a sausage biscuit, I was treated to three arguments. First, the person working the pickup window did not like how food was being bagged and threw a bag of food back into the prep area. Second, my server screamed into the back for help. there was one person other than me waiting.?! The person who came out screamed back about who needed help. All three actions were conducted in languages other than English, not that that matters; the tone and facial expressions were universally understood. McDonalds – highly recommend a visit by consumer relations to see for yourself. My advice – go across the street to Panera!

I’ve gotten a mcchicken here without the chicken. Like damn I’m not expecting much when I come here to eat but just wow. And on a separate occasion the older lady was giving out the food and she forgot a sandwich so I came back to get it. she yells at me and tells me I ate it. Wtf?

This location has gone steadily downhill recently and is just horrible. Not that McDonalds is fine food, but this location gives McDonald’s a bad name. Bad service, horrible food(how do you mess up fast food anyway?) and nobody on the staff cares. It is also pretty dirty most of the time, so there’s that.

You are better off getting something from the 7 – 11 next door – seriously, After 3 consecutive visits ordering french fries that came out cold, I asked the drive through operator how old the fries were tonight when I tried again. He responded sarcastically«5 years» and laughed. The manager spoke less english than the drive through operator and laughed herself when I told her about the experience with the cold fires and the«5 years«comment. Never again. This level of incompetence in QC and CRM is unheard of. You have lost my business for good and I eat out 2 – 3 times a DAY. It pains me to have to give an entire star on this review.

As far as McDonald’s go, this one is DIRTY. Fast food is fast food, but a dirty fast food joint is the pits.

The little person manger is mean to the staff and its awkward. No on ever gets our order right. The fries aren’t very good… tastes old. The mcflurries are never stirred/mixed and stingy on the toppings. All in all one of the worst mcdonalds. Burke center pkwy mods and kings park shopping center are much better.

They’re great when I’m craving McDoubles. Which, yeah, they’re bad for you. But whatever. You only live once. We mainly go through the drive-thru if we ever go there — which is usually whenever have the coupons that they mail out on occasion. Between two people, a $ 3.9920-piece hits the spot. I can’t say we’ve had issues with them not giving us enough sauce, because we really only like three(sweet and sour, hot mustard and barbaque). I can’t say my order’s ever been screwed up either. Then again, I’m an easy patron. I’m not one of those people that has to have my ketchup on the left side of my burger only and french fries«that are fresh and not soggy» or I’m going to have a bad day. It’s a McDonald’s, not a fancy chain restaurant where they’re paid to care. Get over it! ;)

I rate fast food joints by the obvious… SPEED! I witnessed their blazing speed on a Saturday night at 630pm using the drive-through after bypassing the long McD drive-thru line at Old Keene Mill and Water Line. My order took less than a minute upon order, paying, and picking up two cheeseburgers, lemonade, and small fry. How’s that for food, folks and fun?!

This place has a baseball theme which is cute but irrelivant. I noticed regulars come for coffee and read the paper to chat up the morning. Usually this means the place has a nice enough wait staff and decent coffee. Maybe this is true if you eat in? Everytime I go here I use the drive thru, they seem to understand me, I read the screen and they repeat back to me and yet they always get something wrong. Maybe they forget the spoon for my oatmeal. Or don’t stir my hot chocolate so I can’t drink it until I get to where I was going by which point it was cold and not yummy. Fights over nuggets sauce or being ignored at the window… I will go the distance to another location in the future.
