Specialties

Mohawk Tavern Specializes in hospitality, we make everyone feel welcome the minute they walk in the door with a friendly greeting. We tend to get to know our customers and remember how they like things. We cater to our customers needs the best we can within reasonable limits. Often folks say our Bar is like the iconic T. V show «Cheers» because everybody knows your name ! We have great food, a cozy atmosphere, experienced bartenders that know how to make a vast array of cocktails.

Mohawk Tavern transforms from a comfy sports bar to a rockin’ music venue on Friday & Saturday nights starting @ 9pm The Mohawk Tavern is a proud supporter of live local music offering entertainment with zero cover charge !

Mohawk Tavern also takes time to give back through-out the year to great causes like St. Jude Children Hospital we have helped raise thousands of dollars and continue to participate in local food and clothing drives.

History

Established in 1953.

Mohawk Tavern was established in 1953. Originally only serving beer it was a popular pool hall and hang out for local mill workers. The owner used to even cash the paychecks for the mill workers because they would likely spend most of it there that day. As the town grew the Tavern did too. It now has a full service bar, kitchen, 19 televisions & 19 beers on tap including rotating seasonal drafts. Recently remodeled the Mohawk Tavern has some of the cleanliest restrooms in Lane County and a large heated Patio.

Meet the Manager

Jennifer C.

Manager

I have been in the food and beverage industry for almost 2 decades, but I am constantly learning more about the industry. I have worked as a cocktail waitress, chef and kept bar most my career. While some don’t think of it as a career, I do, I fell in love with the industry and don’t plan on going any where. I enjoy my awesome staff, the coolest customers and I look forward to meeting new faces through out the years.
