Terrible service. I sent the same order to multiple states. The flowers received in Massachusetts were one day late and sparse. The flowers were not arranged well and the arrangement was mostly pine cones and pine branches. No candy canes as described. As a daughter of a former florist in your area, I think you should send her an upgraded arrangement and an apology.

Poor customer service, went there to buy funeral arrangements. Prices online were cheaper than quoted in store and when I told them that they said they would not honor the online price. They were very abrupt apparently didn’t care or need my business. I walked out and went to Langones who provided excellent service.

The customer service I received was the rudest I have ever received. It was so rude I hung up on the woman because I was being sincere and trying to fix a problem and she was yelling at me. I asked simple questions, did not raise my voice, and was kind and professional. I will NEVER use this florist again!!! I even told her how nice the basket looked that was sent, but that there were supposed to be 2 separate orders and the 1 that was sent wasn’t even remotely close to the either of the, yes, 2 arrangements but remember only 1 order was received which looked like neither of what was ordered. I will try again kindly tomorrow to resolve the problem, but I will not stand for being told that I’m rambling and threatened to be hung up on. I was being professional and this lady was clearly not. Oh, and yes it was the owner, so what do you think her staff is like if that’s their example. How rude!
