I really don’t want to give Pat’s a negative review but I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. I was given a gift certificate last year. I finally broke down and decided to use it. Like other reviewers have said when I arrived no one was there. I sat in the cosmetology school area until the beautician arrived. I was there for several hours and no other clients or employees ever came in. It was SO uncomfortable. I later developed a nail fungus one one nail. I have repeatedly tried to contact the salon to use the remainder of my certificate but there has been no answer. Don’t even waste your time calling.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Called Pats at 5 pm on a Saturday to inquire hours open and of they sold gift cards. Theu guy who answered the phone me probably around 6 or 7. I informed him we were on our way or woukd definitely be there before 6. We arrived at Pats at 515 and the salon was closed! ! Open sign still on, light off, and doors locked. When I attempted to call back, someone answered the phone but said nothing. I hung up and tried multiple times but the line was busy. Guess they didn’t want the business. Will be spreading the word about this disastrous of a place.
