History

Established in 2014.

Pine Point Property Management started managing residential properties that rented to college students. The majority of them being near Western New England University, in the Pine Point neighborhood of Springfield, MA.

Business Owner

After 5 years of working as a foreman for a landscaping company and doing part time construction in the winters, I decided to make the move and start my own business, Pine Point Property Management. Having a friend owning 12 properties that are rented to college students, I got my start. With all types of tenants, old and young, I have experience in every situation. My construction experience helps me stay on top of any properties maintnenance.
