Don’t bother with this place. First of all, the UPS website locator tool lists this affiliate business as being open at 8 a.m. weekdays. It was not. I arrived on a Friday morning to find a hole-​in-​the wall shack with the hours listed on the front door saying instead that it opens at 9. It was locked up and no one around. I waited from 8:57 a.m. until 9:10 a.m., in subzero weather, for someone to show up and open the business, then gave up and went to the Post Office, where I got in and out in 5 minutes or less. This is also my second bad experience in a row with UPS giving critical false information. The previous time they charged a premium price for a guaranteed Saturday deliver and then failed completely to come through. When I complained, they said they would refund part of our money. They never did.
