Best pizza hands down. Real New York style pizza. Perfect cheese sauce and crust in just the right ratio. Consistently good, everytime.

Truly mediocre pizza. Assembly line ingredients and almost tasteless pizza. Only this place’s location keeps it alive. Not terrible, but far, far from good.

Their cheese pizza itself is above average, but their square slices are a gift from heaven itself. The sauce is excellent, the cheese is bursting with taste, and the bread is nice and crispy. I highly recommend trying a square slice.

I’ve been going to Saporito’s for some time now and I like everything about the place. The pizza is the best around in my opinion and the variety is great. There’s always something new and different to try. Also everyone one who works there is very friendly and the service is great and fast. This will remain one of my regular go to spots.

The Bruschetta Pie is one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. It is in a world of its own. Trust me because I’m picky as hell. It is literally the only thing I get here so I can’t comment on much else. Although, I did try the plain pie once and wasn’t too impressed. It wasn’t bad, but the Bruschetta Pie is a hard act to follow. I’ve had some great Grandma and cheese pies before, but no other pizza joints have a Bruschetta pie like this place. Hell, I just asked my wife to stop by and get two of them on the way back from Scotch Plains. And, no I’m not a fatty — But this damn pizza is the shiznit. I would go more often if we didn’t live all the way in Parsippany.

The 2 plain slices, ziti slice and cheese/pepperoni calzone were great. Everything was prepared perfectly and service was excellent.

Heard a lot of great things about Sapporito but our first experience here was just meh. Hopefully just a bad day and we’ll be back. 4 specialty slices and a plain + a ginger ale cost 18 bucks, which I guess is average or a touch high priced. The slices themselves varied in quality — plain slice was too salty. Grandma slice was good and flavorful. Sicilian was not bad and the meat lover slice had some sort of mystery sausage meat that was very brittle and soft.

Plain slices were pretty good here. Could use some additional seasoning, but not bad at all. Wife had a chicken sandwich which had a nice char on it and was still somewhat juicy. Much better than we both expected on this nightmare of a highway.

I kept meaning to stop in on the many occasions I drive on 22. finally had a chance and picked up dinner for family 3 weeks ago. Pizza is AWESOME! I bought a thin crust pizza with spinach… the most delicious ever. This place is my 2nd favorite. after Glendales in Union. I’m definitely a customer for the long run:-)

Worst pizza ever. Good price for cardboard try somewhere else if you can. You walk in expecting so much more but it looks better than it is. Won’t be going back, will go to bed hungry instead

Saporito is one of the better pizzerias in the area. The buffslo chicken pizza is really good and very filling. They have a good variety of diferent pies and for the ones I’ve tried, all have been pretty good. This is my ho to pizza spot in the hood. Too bad they don’t deliver.

Honestly, I come here for just the one variety of slice, the grandpa(fresh sweet sausage, green and red peppers). The toppings are plentiful, and the crust is wonderfully thin and crisp. Service has never been an issue. If anything, employees behind the counter have jostled to be of assistance. I hope to try more of their slices and other menu items in the future.

I’m sorry guys but you all must not know good pizza. This place is a poor excuse of a pizzeria. Don’t get me wrong I love the tomato basil pizza but it’s not enough to give any more stars than they’ve got. For lunch today we order 4 pies of pizza cheese and pepperoni, the pizza was so freaking greasy no one could eat it. The pizza crust was so tough I couldn’t believe it my coworkers are frequent at this place. So disappointed if you have that many loyal customers you should always deliver great pizza. No more saps for me !

We stop by Saporito’s every few months. Convenient location in the middle of Route 22, one of the worst roads in America. Everyone has their idea of what makes a good pizza. For us, the folks here prepare a decent pie. The crust is thin and crispy. The toppings are spread liberally and are flavorful. The tomato sauce is ok. Could use more kick. The pizza is usually served blazingly hot. So hot that the toppings and cheese slide right off. That’s probably a no no. Calzones are very doughy and have too much green pepper. Yuck… I should point out that the fries here are spectacular. Well done please. High praise. But it’s true. Pizza and fries? Why not! One semi critical comment. For the love of all that’s holy. Get some decent napkins! The tiny ones are pretty pitiful and don’t get the job done. We like the place. You might not. I get it.

Large bacon pie and it was delicious. May just have to cut back on the grease just a little bit. Zeppoles were on the money. Large bacon pie, 4 large fountain sodas &6 zeppoles = $ 27 — worth it.

I love this place… Traveling so much on route 22, I end up here more than I should. Their pizza is great… Nice crust, great selection of toppings and slices, and very fast! I love the grandma slice, the plain square slice, the bruschetta… I could keep going on and on. Definitely worth checking it out!
