Used them in the past with very good results. Had growling noise with disc brakes, they said I needed new rotors and pads. Their price was reasonable but I had been told by another brake shop that my rotors were still turnable, so I decided to get a 3^rd quote to find out what was really required. The 3^rd shop had my car about 30 minutes and called me to come pick up my car. They said the cars brakes needed nothing and the growl was probably caused by a rock that must of fell out. Never heard the noise again, I am disappointed because in the past I had used Schmunks, they are very convenient to where I live and were very fair.

I have been going to Schmunk’s for years. They are a family owned business and it shows. They care about you, your needs and your budget. They have a great selection of used tires too for those times when a trailer tire blows or you just need 1! Give Schmunk’s a try, you won’t regret it.

Went there last month. They were quick and affordable. I am very satisfied with the service and tires. They had me in and out within an hour.

I have been going to schmunks for my cars, tires, breaks, alignments, and some mechanical issues from since i was a single woman over ten years ago to be married for a decade. A huge point i like to make is they didn’t treat me like a dumb female. The repairs have always been reasonably priced, sometimes cheaper because the part didn’t cost as much or it was a cheaper fix than first suspected. They are super friendly and not pushy. If i ask to see the parts they replaced, no sweat– they show me without hesitation. They’ve even shown me on the car and explained exactly what was wrong in plain english. This mom and pop owned business has been here since atleast the 80s and they are legit. I will go back for sure. ;-)

Very honest and the service is great. Took my truck in to Schmunks to get a second opinion after taking it to Tire Factory, who told me the ball joints were bad. Schmunks took a look and told me the ball joints were fine.

Schmunk’s absolutely epitomizes everything great about a business. They are so willing to work with their customers, and their service can not be beat.
At OTHER companies, being a young female with a car problem typically means the men are patronizing and try to swindle you because they assume you won’t know any better. Car problems are stressful enough without adding condescension into the equation, which is why I haven’t been to other companies since I found Schmunk’s.
It is completely different at Schmunk’s. They have my loyalty, hands down. The mechanics know what they’re doing, and they are the nicest, most efficient people I’ve ever done business with. One word that always comes to mind in our dealings is «chivalrous” — they’re just sublime. They NEVER talk down to me, they explain things thoroughly and knowledgeably, and they answer all of my clarification questions with the patience required for dealing with a swot.
I’ve done the car shop dance, trying to find the right place, and since I’ve landed at Schmunk’s I haven’t been disappointed.
TL;DR: Just go to Schmunk’s. They’re the best.

I’ve been a customer of Schmunk’s for years, ever since Tire Factory burnt that last nerve of mine out. They are never pushy, they work fast and they do it well. They don’t constantly find things to try to up-​sell you on, if you come in for one tire, they don’t try to sell you an entire set unless you truly need them.
They’ll rotate your tires with your oil change for no additional cost, just mention it when you’re checking in! I can drop my car off, go get some breakfast and it’ll usually be done by the time I’ve finished. I wish all car maintenance was this painless.
