History

Established in 2014.

The Scott family has been building a brand and reputation for excellence in customer service in Chester County for several decades. While applying our founding principles and values to our new Kia acquisition in Delaware County, we excitedly look ahead to the future.

After months of planning, Scott Kia of Springfield has broken ground on an expansive renovation that will offer our customers state-​of-​the-​art amenities. Our new facility will feature an ultra-​modern showroom and world class service department, replacing the former Ryan Kia building sold to Duke Scott, Scott Auto Group, in October 2014.

At the same time we’ve been preparing for our facility renovation, we’ve also selected an experienced team of sales and service professionals ready to go above and beyond to «wow» you. Our commitment is to provide customer-​first experiences. We’ll be taking excellence to a new level.

Did some research online — I am planning on purchasing a Kia Sedonna, all I wanted to do was test drive one before I sign papers. I go to the dealership, it took 15 minutes to get a salesperson to help. Online, it says they have several different Sedonnas in stock, but they neglect to say that «in stock» means at either a garage of a hospital a couple miles away or at their sister store in West Chester. There was one on the lot, after we juggled cars, the sales person comes out and says, oh that car is sold… then when we decided we were going to leave, she said, they told me it’s not sold, but they can’t find the keys… REALLY??? Time to find another dealership to work with, because I can’t deal with incompetent people.

The guy in the financial dept who does the final paper work nasty attitude, so brought my car when it was Kia Ryan now they have been brought out by Kia Scott the previous people were very nice, I went in to ask about extra charges on my account every month and he told me being that the contact was with the previous owners there was nothing he can do with the nastiest attitude. Because of him I will never buy another car from them.

If you plan on coming here for a vehicle the salesman Charles Smith was the best. He helped me so much. I financed a 2012 kia sportage (great vehicle) the first time I was here 2 years ago when it was Ryan Kia. All the service was fine then but now it’s great. My car was totaled a couple weeks ago so I needed a new car asap. I walked into the parking lot knowing that I wanted another kia sportage just like my last one. Charles was there to help. He wasn’t pushy like other salesmen can be. I told him what I wanted. He told me what vehicles they had on the lot that matched what I wanted, he also told me about vehicles coming in. I had my eye on a 2014 Kia sportage. Charles took his time to show me everything. The 2014 was perfect. Once I decided on that one the process was fast but thorough. He helped me so much. I really appreciate how kind and professional he was.
Also, a shout out to the people in the service center for always doing such a good job with keeping my vehicles in the best condition, never having to wait long for the services, and never over charging me, they have saved me so much money!

If I were allowed to say «Thank G*& I would because now that SCOTT has taken over I am back!!! I purchased my Kia Sorrento in 2010 and the former dealership located here. The owner/​service crew was such a nightmare I went 30 miles out of my way to service my vehicle at another KIA dealership for 4 years !!!. They even lost my oil change business until…
SCOTT has taken over and made many changes.
— Respectful and well trained mechanics, parts and desk staff.
— They have cleaned and modernized the desk area.
–The garage is clean, well lit and just better set up.
–The waiting area is enlarged and modernized and the WiFi finally works!
Kudos for the coffee station. I love it.
–The staff all take ownership of issues and ensuring your visit is pleasant.
— The good, former employees that SCOTT kept on seem to be so much happier.
Future: In the works is a planned fall groundbreaking for a larger service/​wait area that will include an internet café like environment for those waiting for vehicles.

I was looking to trade my 2008 manual Saturn & saw the Soul at the car show. After getting a car buying cert from AAA, I visited the lowest priced dealer and had a very frustrating experience. A co-​worker referred me to Scott Kia, and the experience has been excellent so far. They gave me a better trade and a larger rebate, answered all my questions, and both the salesman, Isiah, and the manager, Ken, have been extremely helpful and collaborative (as opposed to the more adversarial behavior at the other dealer.) As a former long-​time Saturn owner, I definitely appreciate that!

I just leased a car here. I dealt with Matt Ruch who was a pleasure to deal with. Very laid back kind of guy. First time in a Kia dealership and would definitely recommend this dealership. Purchase/​lease a vehicle here and your first oil change is free!!! Goodbye to that other dealership! !

On Saturday 1÷24÷15 I hit 2 potholes on Twp Line Rd. Bent my front passenger side rim and blew out rear tire. I called Kia assistance 800 number and was spoken to promptly and courteous. There had been a clipper snow event, but they got Samantha’s Towing to pick up the car in a reasonable time, considering the snow event.
Took to Springfield Kia, where Chris and Melvin were very helpful. Needed to order a rim, which would take a few days. I was quoted and as of Thursday 1⁄29
Chris called and $ amount remained the same. Being in the consumer service industry myself, these 2 gentlemen were nothing short of stellar. I picked up my car the following day, and they washed it too.

Formerly Ryan Lincoln-​Mercury Kia, this dealership was stellar back in the day for both for customer service and for sales. I had my Lincoln serviced here faithfully 10 years ago.
I stopped in today to get a key made for a 2012 Kia Soul that I just purchased elsewhere. I was happy to buy this used car, knowing that I could get it serviced close to home at a dealership I have experience with, come to find out that this dealer has been taken over by the Scott organization.
I hope to update this review later in the year, and give higher marks after I give the service department another try. For Today: not so impressed.
UPDATE: As of September, 2015, I stopped back in to Scott Kia as my car had a recall notice, and I had no other place to take it, comparatively. I am PLEASED to say that the staff was much more in tune with exceptional customer service, and I had a much better experience with everyone I came in contact with from the service writer, to the technician who worked on my car, to the kid who gave me a valet ride home, and even the cashier at day’s end. I’m much impressed that Scott Kia stepped up their game, and I must admit that I’ve been lax in writing this update sooner. I’m a Scott fan, now. I’m sure I’ll be returning for service, and again for my next Kia.

I never bought a car from here but I get my KIA soul serviced here and they are great. No matter what I’m getting done I’m always in and out in an hour or less, the service advisors are very friendly and SURPRISINGLY honest. They give you a keychain that gives you 10−15% off any service so my oil changes only cost me around $ 30 which is very cheap for a dealership. I used to sell cars at another KIA dealership so I know how dishonest and how much of a rip off these places can be. Hopefully their sales department is just as good because I’m thinking about buying my next KIA from here.
