Great place for a party for a 5 year old. My son and his friends had an amazing time bouncing around. From a parent’s perspective, it is full service and worry free.
They provide everything, set the tables, serve the cake, bag the presents, etc. stress free for parents and super fun for kids.

We had the birthday party for our 4 year old few days back and we all enjoyed it. The place was great, clean and well maintained. The staff were equally great, a special mention to Nilika who was every helpful throughout the party. They helped setting up the food, cake and even had some small fun activity for the kids. They organized the whole party really well and we all had lots of fun for those 2 hours. Thanks a lot guys!

I had my toddlers’ party there. We all had an amazing time but it had NOTHING to do with the attendants. The young adults that worked in the play area sat listless inside of the play houses. Howie & Joe assured me that everyone was really involved in making sure the party was fun — false. Joe came in at one point & told us that we could play too so of course, the parents joined in the obstacle slide & the hoop bounce house. That was great but as far as the parties being herded about from room too room, that was POOR & the older women that were responsible for cutting the cake were so dry. I’ve been to kids village where the attendants really get involved with game play and so forth. These ppl were AWFUL. Awful. It amazes me how many people say how great the staff was when they went because we spent the whole time being frowned at from the moment we walked in the play area. $ 500 for that? I don’t think so. Howie & Joe’s energy needs to rub off on their employees.

I bought a groupon last year and called many times to see the open play hours. And every single times get similar hours like Tuesday from 6 – 8. I don’t know about you but pretty inconvenient hours for kids and families. It’s a scam to buy a groupon from them because you will never use it. Unlike the other places that offer different time slots and make it easier. Once a week is just not enough!

Okay so this place actually looks pretty cool what’s not so cool about it is there crazy schedule. We bought a Groupon for her daughter to go in and jump we assumed that like most places that are similar to those you can just go whenever mostly they have open bounce — but when we arrived we learned that the facility was closed for a private party and after talking to the person behind the register it seem that they were close more often than not for private parties however they still had open jumps you just had a look at their website because there was no set schedule for them. Unfortunately for me as a parent who actually is busy I don’t have time to consult their website and coordinate our schedule around them. Like I said it looks like a really cool place my only word of advice to this business is perhaps have some more open jump time and schedule your parties around that.

Great place! The flow of the party was very well planned. From the shoe bin, coat hangers and gift bins assigned for each party one can say that the owner (s) thought about the whole process. We have never been to a venue this highly organized. Even the leftover food was wrapped in a timely fashion and placed in a cart assigned to our party. The party assistants if that’s what they are called did a great job setting up the food, paper products, our own banners and the gift bags. Basically, they did all the work the minute we walked in. I would suggest though for the party assistants at the play area to watch the kids more intently. Otherwise, party was awesome because of the whole package this place offered! Fun, easy, organized and neat!

We had our daughter’s 5^th birthday party here and there were almost 30 kids. The staff could not have been friendlier or more accomodating. They made everything very seamless and less stress/​work for us. The kids loved the bouncy slides and variety of games and were sad when it was over. I reccomend having your child’s party here highly.

We had our daughter’s 8^th birthday party here and it was great! The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and the kids had a great time! So did my husband and I :) I highly recommend having your next birthday party here!

We celebrated our 3yr old daughter’s birthday here today and we’re thoroughly satisfied with how this event was managed. We surveyed the place about a month ago when we were looking for venues– we were shown around by Sharon (who owns the place) — she gave a detailed description of how the place would look like on the day of the event and what they’d provide. Only nut free stuff could be brought in, beverages and pizza etc could be bought from them. Their reservation policy was somewhat restrictive, yet reasonable. Since the place seemed to be sold out, we reserved 4 weeks in advance.
There were two events ahead of us but right from the time we walked in, they made us seem exclusive. They took charge of all the stuff we got (our return gifts, cake).We were given tags and made to sign disclaimers. Kids’ shoes had to be dropped off into a bin marked appropriately and folks were directed to the zone which was reserved for our party. The play room is clearly demarcated into 2 zones and clients are kept exclusively in each zone for some time (30 + 45 minutes) before moving into the next one. The personnel was non-​intrusive but stood ready to assist within these play-​zones– the parents were regulating and driving things, in our case. Overall, we did not feel obstructed or invaded-​upon when the next set of people moved in; the cut-​over was fairly seamless.
After we’d finished with the play room, we were led into a room which, pleasantly enough, had been decorated for the birthday girl and all our food stuff was neatly unpacked and ready to be served. The kids were thoroughly exhausted and ready to settle down– they supervised serving the food to both the kids and the adults — we, the hosts, really had very little to do and could concentrate on chatting with the guests. The youngish staff was very courteous and made the kids feel relaxed. They made my daughter feel really special. They let us hand out the return gifts. After we’d wrapped up, they ensured the leftovers were nicely wrapped. When we checked out, they had the bill ready. All-​in-​all, this place seemed very well managed. Although there were back-​to-​back bookings, there was no chaos. Great job1

I had my son’s 3^rd birthday party here yesterday morning. From the moment we walked in, we didn’t lift a finger. The entire staff was so helpful and organized. The party flowed smoothly am the kids had a blast! We had kids ranging from 1 – 5 and they all kept busy! After the party concluded, a staff member walked us to the car with all of my son’s presents as well as leftover cake, etc. The owner Howie was beyond hospitable making sure we were completely satisfied. It was a great experience for all!!!

Fun venue for a children’s birthday party, from a guest’s perspective. I’ve attended a few of these types of bounce houses for my friends’ kids’ birthday parties and this one ranks higher than most. The first thing I noticed — this place has large windows, so lots of natural light. It also smells and looks very clean. In addition to the inflatables, they offer other activities like a 4 person air hockey table, a set of foam ball blasters, an electronic spray paint wall, a hard wood floor for scooter boards, and a large carpeted interactive game floor. My toddler is still a bit young to enjoy the bouncy inflatables on his own so it was nice that there was the interactive floor. Also he was allowed to go down the slides while sitting on our laps. Under the parent’s discretion, really. All the older kids were having a great time. Also, the party didn’t feel rushed. I believe we were there for almost 2 hrs.
As far as food, pizza is the standard. I know it’s easy and kid friendly but it would be nice to have other options. I shouldn’t complain. I know planning kid’s parties are stressful enough. Once I throw a party at a place like this, I’ll understand.

We (my husband & 4 kids, ages 2 – 7, and I) went tonight for an open session. We all had a blast, and therefore plan on having a birthday party there. It was clean, the staff was extremely nice, and we ate pizza at the end in their party room, which was great. I talked to a dad there who had his kid’s 5^th birthday there, he raved about it. We will definitely be back. I’m not sure how the other customer racked up a $ 600 bill, we will be having a weekday party, which is $ 350 for 15 kids, and that doesn’t include the birthday child, who’s free. They are very upfront about all the additional options (adult food, goody bags, extra kids, etc.) I’ve also seen coupons for their parties.

I just threw my son’s 4^th birthday party here on Saturday morning. The kids all seemed to have had a blast. Everyone was all smiles. We had kids from ages 2 to 9 playing on the inflatables and some toddlers who kept themselves plenty busy and were all giggles and smiles too playing with the non-​inflatable activities. There was, essentially, something there for everyone. Everyone from the manager to the staff were on the ball and friendly from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Howie, the owner, is a really stand-​up man who does everything he can to make sure everyone has a great experience and leaves happy – and, more importantly, he does everything he can to smooth out any bumps that may surprisingly arise. I have come and will continue to go here for their open play sessions and definitely will keep Screamin’ Parties of Springfield one of my top birthday bash venues of choice.

We just had a birthday party for my 5 year old son in Springfield. The place is spotless and the owner Howie and his employees greeted us the moment we walked in. They did everything for us, even hung up our coats! The play area was fun for kids ages 4 – 9. No one was bored and the parents were able to jump around. I liked how the space was very open, and there weren’t any creepy dark areas where the kids could possibly get lost or hurt.
The employees were very attentive and very nice. They helped us with everything (watching the kids, bringing them into the party room and serving up everything). We got the goody bags (what a good deal, and you don’t even have to bother putting it together since they do it all) and the cotton candy. They make it right in front of the kids. The kids LOVED the cotton candy. Everyone had a great time.
Definitely a good alternative to other party places! They really do pay attention to you and keep you happy.

Celebrated my son’s 5^th birthday @ Screaming Parties in Springfield. We were totally impressed by the place. Our party was supposed to start at 12 pm but they let us in at 11:45 in the first arena. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they made sure the kids were having a good time at all times. Even the parents got to slide with their kids. It was awesome! :-)
It was totally worth ordering a few extra food for the adults. We were all hungry by the time we get to the party room. Our server was very helpful and made sure were taken care off. They wrapped all the food and presents for us after the party.

When I first walked in, I wasn’t extremely impressed– wasn’t as elaborate as the other bouncy places. However as our time progressed I slowly fell in love with the place– it surprised me. Although there is only one huge room with two separate sections it felt like there was so much more to do. With every activity I fell a little deeper. Had all the bouncy areas and slides that Bounce U has, but had other activities that were different but fun and safe: 4 way air hockey, large hard-​floored area for roller boards, a huge fluffy-​carpeted animated floor screen upon which the children can jump and play games, and an area with Nerf-​like air guns. And since the place is fairly new it is still clean. Also there was a lot of natural light-​which worked in this setting. The only shortcoming I noted was the eating area– it was too small. Eating areas at Bounce U and Jumpnasium are bigger– but who eats at these bouncy parties anyway? Also I think kids get to play after they eat– at open bounce at least (think other places don’t have that) — all at your own risk I suppose ;) Overall this place is fresh– surprisingly so– my kid had fun and so did I!

I had my daughter’s 7^th birthday there this past weekend and I can not help but feel I got ripped off. We had 17 children, brought our own cupcakes, orders sandwiched for the adults and ordered the goody bags. The total cost was just under $ 600 and then they asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Here are the details…
The staff welcoming the children were very nice. I assume they were the owners but except to change rooms, I never saw them again.
The worst part, there was a child I did not recognize in the first room. I went up to introduce myself, assuming it was one of the children I did not know. The mother said they were just there to check it out and she could not get her daughter to leave. Usually that type of thing does not bother me but for the price, it just shows that no one cared or paid attention.
The young adults in the rooms did not smile or interact with the children unless it was to tell them that they were going the wrong way. Actually, one out of 3 was actually very nice, the other 2 were duds.
The activities were fun and a few were unique among other similar places I have been. In the first room, there was a hurricane simulator that the kids LOVED however a 1 minute session cost $ 2 which is EXTRA. Yes, for $ 600 one was not even thrown in for the birthday child.
The young woman in the birthday room was delightful and very nice. The room was nothing special and the pizza was served on plain cheap white plates. No plates were even provided for the cupcakes we purchased ourselves.
The $ 3 goody bags are a good deal.
In short, the kids had fun but my average cost per child was close to $ 30 which is ridiculous. I would never have the nerve to charge that for a child’s birthday with absolutely no originality.
