Long wait. Even though the food was waiting. I should have checked — look at the crap I got. Burned to crisp. What kind of place would serve these to anybody? No receipt. Call to complain, phone goes straight to fax. Avoid.

This is a horrible Sonic. I used to go here quite often despite their issues, but it has only gotten worse. Recently, my hotdog and Master Blast took over 15 minutes while people in the drive through kept coming and going. They weren’t even busy. Today, I got cheddar peppers, a drink, and mozzarella sticks. Despite reading the order back correctly, the order was wrong and the cheddar peppers were horribly burned. The only thing they got right was the drink. This is the closest Sonic to my house, but I still try to avoid it.

I sat in the drive thru last night at 8:45 for 24 minutes to get my favorite peanut butter fudge shake. Simply horrific management and ownership. Great shake, but I was not in an ice cream mood by the time I got to the window. ugh. How hard can it be to sling fast food???

I still go to this Sonic daily — The staff is always friendly and my drinks are on point. I am a vegetarian so the only food I ever get is fries and grilled cheese — but they are always awesome too. To everyone complaining about the wait at the drive thru — you are the problem. The stalls are for food — the drive thru for drinks. If you are ordering food then pull into a stall and it will be out as soon as it is done. My only complaint is that they havent changed the sign to drink thru — but apparently its a corporate decision! ;)

I live near this location so of course its handy. But its such a lottery on how the food is going to be and usually not good odds anymore. As others say, the wait is long. I’m pretty patient so I can overlook that if I get what I order and its good. But that’s the problem, many times its not good. Many times the food looks like its just slapped together and practically tossed into its wrapper. But tonight we got the chicken strip dinners and it was practically inedible. The strips were scrawny, barely warm and so tough you could almost chip a tooth. I kid you not, the white gravy was practically water. I had some sweet and sour from somewhere else to dip them. If this had happened only once, I would not write a review but my food has been bad too many times now. This location needs to shape up.

Of all days to not get a Sonic survey! Had the worst experience today during morning commute. They were busy and it appeared only two Sonic-ites were working. I had to wait for a full five minutes at the stall to place my order. I waited about 8 minutes to get my food/drink. And then the order was wrong on my food but by then I was pushing the limits on my time clock so I had to bounce. I’m calling it a 2 because I know that it wasn’t the carhop’s fault they were slow. But they should have checked my order for accuracy. Give these folks more workers!

Always takes an excruciatingly long time. Don’t understand why a drive through with very few in line can take so long for a hot dog. Definitely not fast food.
