Literally the best body shop ever. I have been going here for over five years.
This place actually also has a mechanic shop but there is a wood shop in between. So you don’t have to go to two different places. This place can do it all!
If you need mechanic work go to Steve he is the most hardworking person I have ever met with the best service. On the mechanic side there is also a man named Joe that is amazing but unfortunately he does not speak too much English. But I always get the best service from them!
At the body shop the owner Yong is so kind and funny! He always tries his best to get you the best deals. Plus there are free estimates and they wash your car too!
As a girl sometimes its intimidating to get your car fixed because a lot of shops try to take advantage and rip you off. I never have to worry about that here. They are all good genuine people that try to get you the best service!

I do not recommend this body shop for repair. I was recommended by a windshield repair company who had highly recommended this body shop but I personally had a horrible experience. I receive my car back with over 400 miles on my car than what I had when I dropped off my car. I have my estimate from the manager Jeff with the mileage on my car when I dropped off my car before they repaired it to prove how much mileage was on my car. I noticed something wasn’t right when I opened my back seat door & saw mud stains on the back doors & also my back seat & my sons car seat wasn’t buckled in correctly like it was when dropped off my car (I left my son’s car seat still strapped in my back seat while my car was being repaired since i had another one in my husbands car). I had my bumper repaired from a accident & also my hood painted from another accident. There should have been absolutely no reason for anyone to even be in my back seat! I am very upset. I wanted to rate this place 5star because of their customer service but my attitude towards this company has totally changed when I realized what happened to my car. I picked it up today at 5:45pm which is raining & dark outside so I didn’t notice anything wrong until I got home. After seeing my cars back seat, that was what made me look at my mileage. I knew I wasn’t losing my mind when I saw my cars mileage so I took a look at my estimate with my cars mileage on it the day I put my car in this body shop & there it was! Over 400 miles on my car! Also, on Honda accords, they have your driving history for the mileage & that was another proof that someone had been driving my vehicle. Some people never realize or may attention to their mileage. Like myself I would’ve never checked that if I didn’t have the stains in the cars backseat or my sons car seat was still properly still strapped in. Take your business else where that is more trustworthy & honest.

Had a HORRIBLE job done on my car which I was not aware of before purchasing it. After a fender bender it was discovered how bad the condition of my car was behind the rear bumper. springfield collision got it to tiptop shape! Took some time since the work was strenuous but I most definitely recommend. I’m so thankful I went! They’ve been nothing but amazing
P. S. The price I was charged was unbeatable compared to what I was being previously offered, blown away by their integrity.

I came here for body repair and mechanical work after an accident. They fixed my car fast and were honest about the prices (much lower than dealerships). The employees were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I recommended Springfield Collision Center to several friends and they all had a great experience here as well!

I had both my car and my wife’s BMW serviced here for body repair and mechanical work. Let me just begin by saying how thoroughly impressed I was with the quality of work and the timing of it all. The mechanics, the body men, and the customer service was above par and to top it off, they were a fraction of the cost I would’ve spent if I had gone to a dealership.
I’d recommend this establishment to anyone!

Having dealt with them numerous times, I am greatly impressed with the internal knowledge of their ownership and their management. You can’t have good business without good people running it. Fast turn around and direct repairs with insurance companies make this a nice shop for anyone. It’s nice to see someone still try to go out of their way for the customer.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. My car was hit by a loaded shopping cart near a grocery store near my house. I settled with the other owner, who recommended this place while I researched two more to look at the options. I decided to go to 395 Collision and they were able to fix my car in a day at the price they had estimated (which was very reasonable), I just had to drop off my car very early in the morning. When I was there, they took a look at a small crack/​scratch on the car’s rearbumper, which had resulted from a hit and run several months earlier. This guy gave me an estimate nearly 250 dollars less than the last place I had taken it to several months before!
Even my brother has gone there after they fixed my car to get his car fixed, and he’s been very happy with the work! I have to say, the work is very clean and neat, they will work with you to give you an amazing price, will stick to their word, and are very friendly! They don’t push you to get more work done. The guy who helped us while there is called Charles and he is great with customers! Will definitely be going back to this place for any of my automotive needs.

If there was a negative star rating option on Unilocal,395 collision should be first in line to receive this esteemed honor. I was exTREMEly underwhelmed by these people. I stood around waiting for them to be «of service» to me and was ultimately brushed off until I demanded that they. um do their job?
Most importantly, they MISdiagnosed the problem with my car. They made an error in judgment assuming since I am a woman that I am incompetent about cars and would let them rip me off. WRONG. They said that my compressor clutch to my AC needed to be completely replaced and that it would cost me $ 1200 but oh. they were willing to make me a «special deal» of $ 800. I asked them to provided me with information indicating that it WAS indeed the compressor clutch and they could not.
So, I took my car back to where I had gotten some previous work done on my car after an accident and lo and behold it was NOT the compressor clutch, in fact, it was the condenser that had a leak in it. I ended up getting the condenser replaced for free (no labor charge and no charge for the parts). Had I listened to these bafoons I would be minus 1200 dollars and would still not have a fully functioning AC. Moral of the story: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF
