even though I like this mall, the dollar deals store here is horrible. no matter what culture you are you’ll never feel appreciated by the one man who runs this store. he is always yelling «no play» and stalking you around the store. he just accused me and my friends of stealing, and he also yelled at me for not buying anything. he told me I wasn’t allowed to look at the colors of the makeup there. clearly he doesn’t know how to run a store. at places like Sephora, ulta, and even target you can open makeup, and the good brands there always show that everything is true to color. at a store like this, you can never trust the brands, yet I still get yelled at for checking, and it’s not like anything was sealed. no matter how cheap you want something, avoid going in there.

I love this mall, its a life saver for me. Its small but decent and has most of the stores that you would look forward to in a mall. This mall is my one stop shop for anything that i want right from grocery (target), apparels, accessories (target, ny&c, express, american eagle, macys, bath and body, ulta, victorias…), dining (carrabas, ruby.), a brow studio, dollar store and ofcourse the mall greasy chinese food which we all like!

This is a simple, straightforward, no holds barred suburban shopping mall. It’s the type of mall where you just go in, get what you need, then leave. It’s not a big mall, and it’s just enough to satisfy my needs. Sometimes I’ll take my 4 yr old over there just to run around and let out some energy. Maybe I’ll treat him to lunch at Friendly’s, if the wait time isn’t too long. It also helps that there is a Target anchor store conveniently located off of the main road. Parking can be a pain sometimes. Also, please be cautious of your fellow suburbanites who do not know how to drive, as they all seem to frequent the parking lot of this mall on the weekends.
Speaking about the parking lot… one thing that fascinates me is that there is a long steel structure that almost spans the length of the lot that is located behind the mall. Whenever I see it, I try to analyze what on earth that thing was used for… was it part of the skeleton of an existing building that was previously demolished? Was it used as a monorail tramway at one point? If someone could shed some light on this, I will appreciate it! I’ve even posted some recent photos of it.

Springfield mall brings so many memories of me as a child. They used to have a lot of stores that made my childhood more great like KB toys and that movie store they had. They have several restaurants to go to such as friendlies, carabbas, ruby Tuesday’s, tony luke’s, sabarro, and the Asian bistro. The target there is pretty decent, same for the Macy’s. The parking is awful though, it’s always grounded. The Ulta is my go-​to makeup place and I’m happy it’s so close to my house. Overall good mall.

The Springfield Mall, where the parking is horrendous, the crowds are obnoxious and you have seen the same stores since 1984.
The parking at the Springfield Mall is outrageous. People drive like complete idiots and people always forget how to look both ways before they cross the street. People will walk right in front of your car and not even give a ‘thank you’ wave. It seems that it takes several minutes to find parking. Good luck trying to park right in front of the entrances!
The Springfield Mall doesn’t have a huge variety of stores, like KOP. They have Charlotte Russe for women and Aeropostale and Wet Seal for the younger girls and teenagers. They don’t have many men’s or boys stores in here.
They’re plenty of food courts though, which is always a plus. They have Auntie Anne’s, Tony Luke’s, Sbarro’s, Friendly’s and a Starbucks in the Target next store.
Honestly, putting a Target here was the best decision ever. This Target is really convenient.
Overall, it’s a regular Delco mall. It’s not Granite Run (aha) and it’s certainly not KOP. There’s nothing special about it and there’s nothing completely horrible about it.

I guess because I have been to so many malls over the US this mall is considered ok to me. I would go back but its good

This place is pretty hopping… Seems to have a good variety of stores to check out and having the Target attached is a plus!

Yes, this mall has Charlotte Russe (one of my fave «dress for less» stores), a decent Target, Auntie Anne’s pretzels, and a well priced fragrance vendor. Other than that, there’s not much to see. The Macy’s here is sub-​par.
Admittedly, sometimes I come here if I’m in the area shopping at Walmart/​Old Navy/​Five Below or watching a flick at the Marple 10. However, I would never make a special trip to this mall from home.

The worst bath and body works I EVER BEEN TOO. The staff was rude and unfriendly and rushed me out of there. I felt very unhappy with my visit and because. of this i will take my business other places. They made me feel like I was criminal and I was gonna steal everything breathing down my neck with every step I tooK. SoOo unhappy. I have been shopping at bath and body works since I was a kid. NEVER AGAIN.

This is a pretty decent mall to have so close to my house. You’ve got your higher end women’s clothing stores, like NY and Co. Then you have a Charlotte Russe and Wet Seal, if you’re looking for some cheaper things. The Target that’s in here is also excellent — two floors, very clean, and lots of clothing options. The Auntie Anne’s is also a nice perk.

I truly love this mall. I am a journey shopper along with getting my eyebrows threaded and they have tons of children’s stores for me to shop for my children. I truly love having a target connected in the mall so you know my coupon book tags along.
Springfield Mall Very Convenient I Wish They Had A Bigger food Court.

Eh. It’s okay I guess. On the plus side, if you’re looking for a chain store, you can probably find it here. (Victoria’s Secret, Ulta, Journeys, Zumiez, and the Shoe Department are here, to name a few.) Plus there’s Target, which is an added convenience, especially considering that it stays open late. Friendly’s has been here at least since I was in high school (going back almost thirty years!), which I think is pretty darn impressive. Macy’s is okay and sells their customary high-​end merchandise.
This isn’t destination shopping, as the mall suffers from a dearth of amenities (only one public bathroom and no food court), is relatively small, and has little variety in the way of merchandise. (Most stores are clothing stores for young women.) This is the kind of mall where you run in, grab what you need, and leave.
Be prepared to wade through hordes of A-​stay-​at-​home-​moms pushing kids in cages (if you come during the day), and B-​teenagers. (If you come at night.)
They got rid of the post office a few years back, which kind of sucks.
Smells a little like ass on the lower level. I think another reviewer complained about it, too.
Well, what can I say? It’s a mall. It will never be KOP, but for what it is, it’s okay.

This mall is fine — nothing special. It has a Target and Macy’s which is perfect for me. Add in an Ulta and I’m one happy gal. It’s a good alternative for those in the area that don’t need or want to drive to King of Prussia. I’m not sure how it is on Friday/​Saturday nights, as I avoid malls like the plague at those times.

The mall actually looks better than when I was there in 2006. I guess that’s thanks to Target being there. I don’t remember what was in that location. I know it wasn’t Strawbridge & Clothier because another Target store is in that location on Baltimore Pike.
There was a little bit of everything but having a Super Target on two stories with the cart escalator is great. The area definitely needed Target after all the Clover stores went away. It seems kind of downhill, but it could have been Burlington Coat Factory, which would have been downhill.
I was surprised that Ruby Tuesday was there, as they’ve closed a lot of locations. I saw a few food options, but it’s just as well you head up S.R. 320.
Oh, and if the driver who sideswiped my car in the parking lot is reading this, I’ve got two words for you, and they’re not «happy birthday».

Springfield’s small, but in recent years it’s had a resurgence that makes it worth mentioning.
They put in a Target, and what was only a short while ago an empty ghosttown is now so crowded that I often have trouble parking. Plus, Target’s open much later than the mall, so at 9pm you can just head to Target if you’re a late evening shopper and haven’t had enough time to find underwear or something like that.
The Macy’s has a pretty good juniors department, and an excellent jewelry counter. There’s a Charlotte Russe, Express, New York and Co, Shoe Department, PacSun, Gap. If you’re in need of a mall and don’t feel like dealing with the KOP ordeal, this’ll do the trick.

Better than Granite Run, Better than the $h!tty Callery in Philly, but not as nice as K of P. It’s a MALL! This one has a Target and an Ulta as well. The era of the «80’s mall-​mecca is darned near over.
Disney Store, Claire’s, Build-​A-​Bear, Children’s Place — all stuff our 8 year old appreciates.
It’s fine — and I am glad it’s here (I live in Target).

I’ve seen strip malls with better variety than this and it looks like the people who live in the area know this all too well. Their two anchor stores are Macy’s and Target, but there are very few worthwhile stores in this mall: some of the bigger names include Hot Topic, Yankee Candle, Bath and Body Works, and Victoria’s Secret. It takes all of 5 minutes to walk this mall and you’ll probably have it all to yourself since I saw a max of about 5 people the entire time I was there.
With KOP so close, why even bother with Springfield? I know I never will.

It was three days before Christmas and we stupidly decided to come here to finish up some last minute shopping. As expected, it was busy but we were able to easily find parking. The good thing about this mall is that there’s a huge Target on one side and a Macy’s on the other. There’s also the standard mall shops like Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Claire’s, Foot Locker, and Charlotte Russe. Unfortunately, that’s where the good things end. First of all, this mall is pretty small. I’m from Hawai’i and even our malls are way bigger than this one.
Secondly, the customer service is atrocious. I went into several stores and in every single one of them, the employees were the surliest bunch I’ve ever come across. I’ve worked in retail for 4 years so I know that holiday shoppers are the worst but I also know what employers expect from their workers. I can understand the long lines at the cash wrap (after all, it was the holiday season) but when there are more than four employees, standing around and pretending to fold clothes, you’d think you could get some extra help getting into a fitting room. I tried stuff on in two separate stores and both times, the employees acted like it was such a hassle to unlock the door to the fitting rooms. I never understood this attitude… I mean, as much as you have to deal with as a sales associate, the bottom line is that the customer is paying your paycheck. It helps to treat them with respect instead of a burden on your life.

I was set to review Springfield Mall and realized I already did. I think I was a bit harsh and terse the first time around, so Ill expand.
Growing up in Delco, Springfield was my least favorite mall. It didnt have the glamour of KOP or the down home feel of Granite Run. There was nothing in there that excited me.
Im old enough to remember when Sylvia Seigrist went postal with an assault rifle in there, and I can remember thinking that she picked the right mall.
Another black mark, in my relationship with Springfield, was that as a small child, my sister Gina got lost in there for about 15 minutes, but it seemed like an hour. For whatever reason, I was ultra protective of my sister, who is 7 years my junior. Maybe it was because my parents were divorcing and I sensed that they had other things on their minds than watching us, but I definitely worried about my sister more than I do my own kids now.
We had gone to SM on an outing with neighbors and while the suburban housewives chatted away, Gina wandered off. I was beside myself, at 11 or 12 leading a search party throughout that mall. She was found, trying on earings in a Claires but I was a frazzled wreck and I didnt speak to Gina or my mom for days. I avoided going to that mall for years, because it would be reminded of that anxiety filled day.
Fast forward about 25 years. Now I live about 5 minutes from the Sprinfield Mall. I find myself there more often than I like. They now have a Target attached to it, which is cool but almost stupid as the newly renovated Springfield Target is only a few blocks away.
Theyve redone this place and it really doesnt resemble the place that Gina gave us a scare. theres nothing there that really excites me, but at my age, im not sure what really would. I was there the other day and the entire bottom level smelled like, (Ill be nice here) egg salad sandwich, it was kind of a turnoff seeing how I cant stand egg salad sandwiches, or anything which smells like poop for that matter.
The food options here are decent. They have Sbarro, chinese, and a good mexican place, which is a decent no frills version of Qdoba or Chipolte.
Overall, Id still say its my least favorite of all the local malls, but with the edition of the Target, i feel like I can come here for one-​stop shopping around the holidays. But if I come here again I have to take into consideration 2 things…
1). That farty egg smell better be gone.
2). Im keeping a better eye on my sister. Those 31yr olds can be a handful.
