Melisa from printing department is very polite, helpful and very accommodating. I was here to fax some documents and she was assisting me very well. I would suggest to look for her every time you guys need something in printing department. Good job!

Went to the copy center and there was a bit of a wait. Had to print out just a 10+ page document and it took forever. The staff was super slow, friendly, but slow. They said they had the document — then came back asking us to re-send — then it seemed to take forever just to print it. Nice crew but they need to light a fire under themselves a bit. It was like watching paint dry.

The folks here are always very helpful and pleasant. The quality of the tech support can vary from excellent to mediocre. The store is bright and easy to navigate, but sales items run out too quickly.

Had to make Wedding Programs for my sisters wedding and brought to Copy/Print at this Staples location. I want to give a BIGTHANKYOU to Stan for doing such an excellent job and for helping me with my printing. Also thanks to Sonia for assisting me over the phone with my questions.

(2.50 stars) I’ve always enjoyed browsing office supply stores, and this is one category of retail purchase that I sometimes buy without an immediate need. I have a desk drawer full of ink-jet adhesive label stock in various sizes, just in the event they are needed– they rarely are. For this reason I’m not at Staples stores as frequently as I’d like. This particular store has a very good selection, and is well lit and generally well maintained. I’ve also used their printing(photocopy) services; they do a decent job, but don’t always accurately follow instructions(they don’t attempt to charge for their mistakes). The process is slow. While there are reasonable prices for their office supplies, you have to be very careful about Staples pricing for anything technology related. Their printer cartridges are billed as being discounted, but there are better prices to be had on Rt. 22. The decent selection of office furniture and equipment seems to be a mix of discounted promotions and very average prices. Sales assistance here is always hard to predict; aggressive in approaching shoppers, but meek in their follow-thru. In dozens of offers to have them«check in the back,» I’ve never had a sales associate find what they were looking for. In more than a few instances, they’re not seen again.
