The Content Pet is a small service that has been providing personalized quality care for pets and giving owners piece of mind since 1998. We take pride in spending the time with you to create a care plan that best suits your pet, whether it be dog walking or care while you are away on business travel or vacation. We care for all types on animals from puppies to geriatric animals, and have experience in medication administration, shots and sub q fluids. The Content’s Pets philosophy has always been a pet is happiest in their own environment, and we strive to keep them on a schedule closest to yours. Afterall, your pet deserves the best!

History

Established in 1998.

Animals have always been my passion. I had an assortment growing up from hamsters to horses. In 1998 my friend Holli and I while at a horse show with our min pins jumping all over us at a horse show hotel room, decided there had to be a better way, because we refused to board them. Back then pet sitters were a novel idea. When we got home we decided to put an ad in the Merchandiser and that Nov., we got over 50 calls. The rest is history. I still have some of those same clients today. Holli married and moved to Colorado, and in 2006 I left my full time dental position to run the business full time. The best decision I’ve ever made in my life!
