We specialize in Caribbean cuisine with jerk chicken our specialty. We are a food truck that offers a wide range of Jamaican and American food. We offer dine in, call in orders, catering with easterly chuck wagon and last but not least delivery for our surrounding businesses. We always serve our guest with a smile. History

Established in 2015.

The jerk hut started in late June 2015 and we plan on being here until Springfield kicks us out!

Me. Morrison has lived in Jamaica most of his life and he decided to relocate to the United States. Where he worked as a chef at most of the well-​known casinos in Biloxi Mississippi, South Carolina, and Florida. He then relocated to Springfield Mo to visit a friend where he had meet is fiancé Jamie and he has yet to leave her side for five years. During his stay in Springfield Mo he was employed at Ruby Tuesday then decided to open his own food trail and that’s is where he is today.
