The Property Doctors exists to make your remodel and repair needs as simple as possible. We’re like having a maintenance man on staff without having all the headaches that go with having employees or that know-​it-​all husband.

We also offer a 10% discount for seniors and military personnel.

History

Established in 2011.

We started in construction in 2002 and completed several new homes by 2008. We then redirected our efforts in 2011 to doing more remodels, maintenance and repair to serve our customers of Springfield, MO. We pride ourselves in doing the project right the first time and making sure our customers are satisfied with the project… we sweat the small stuff.

Let me introduce myself. Ever since I can remember I’ve been tearing things apart and putting them back together. I remember getting a toy for Christmas and having taken it apart a day later to see how it worked, that’s just how my mind works. In college I got to go and build a log cabin for a summer in the mountains of Northern Utah and see how a house was put together from start to finish. That’s where it all started for me in terms of my love for construction. So now I get to do what I’ve always loved… fixing what’s broken.

In 2002 I started building new construction homes and doing remodels and ran with that all the way to 2007 when I was ushered out by the «fabulous» economic downturn. Not really knowing what to do and floundering around for a bit I decided in the summer of 2011 that I’d start a «handyman» business. I began telling all my friends and family that I was now in this line of work and soon discovered how much there was a need in the market.
