Total Living Construction is the best out there when it comes to home remodeling needs. Their office staff is a pleasure to speak with on the phone and gives updates on your project. All of their crew and sub contractors are nice, professional and are quality craftsmen. The owner is extremely talented and has the best ideas when it comes to remodeling your space. I would highly recommend going with TLC for your next home remodeling project.

I paid Total Living Construction over $ 100,000 to build an addition for my home.
Of course during the sales process, the owner was my best friend and very accomodating. After the sale was complete and the initial deposit was delivered, he all but disappeared.
Here are the low lights:
The project dragged on and went over schedule.
A crew member showed up drunk and smoked pot in my yard.
There was money stolen from my home.
My complaints and phone calls to the owner went unanswered.
Now that the work has been completed for several years, I am trying to get the 4 leaking skylights that they installed repaired, and the owner is cursing at me and telling me to go hire «the Mexicans» to fix the problem. Please keep in mind that this is a man who I paid more than $ 100,000.
In addition to the skylight problem, the drywall tape and joints are pulling off the walls and ceilings, and there are numerous cracks that show poor drywall finish work and obviously shifting constructions.
Do not hire Total Living Construction. You will be sorry. I am.
