We recently sold our house and needed some exterior work done to fix some issue before we could close. Not a huge job but timing was critical. Cathy and her team really came through for us to ensure all the work was done on time so we could close on plan. We really felt the team had our back the whole time. Cathy, the owner, was very involved which was wonderful. The quality of work was outstanding. Derek is a top notch carpenter! The buyers were very pleased with the work and closing went according to plan. Bartlett Brainard is the place to go fir all exterior work!
