Came here on recommendation of my neighbor. Had the 2 meat lunch special. Ribs and pulled pork. Neighbor had beef brisket. I’m not a huge brisket lover, but this was pretty darn good. I lived in Memphis for 15 years. They know BBQ. The ribs here are, in my opinion, one of the two best ribs in the Weatherford area. I will definitely be back.

First time here and it was really good. My wife got the grilled chicken salad and I got a two meat plate(turkey and sausage). The meat was fresh and the Turkey was one of the better ones I’ve had. The sausage was just okay but it had a good smoked taste — reminded me of the store bought Ekrich kind. Next time I will try the hot link. Our daughter got rubs and they were really, really good. Sides were potato salad and jalapeño poppers and both were great. The sweet tea is good but almost too sweet. Service was prompt and friendly even if ran by teenagers. We will definitely go back.

I have eaten here several times now and, around home, it’s become my «go to» place for bbq. It’s got a hole-in-the-wall feel but the food and portions are great. I have tried a bunch of menu items but for me, the loaded baked potato is where it’s at. Now that I think about it, I should go there now…

I have eaten quite a few times. I’ve also been to both locations. It is great food. I have tried just about everything that contains meat and it is real good. I like the small town set up and atmosphere at the spring town location. I will continue to use this place as my go to for all my bar b q needs. My absolute favorite is the gunslinger. I will pick the sausage off and eat the sandwich while snacking on the sausage. This place puts together some good meats.

Nice atmosphere in the picturesque town square of Springtown, everything here is delicious the beef brisket & sausage is smoked to perfection & the sides are also delicious! Price isn’t that bad for the amount of food you get! Best BBQ I’ve had in north Texas.

I have eaten here since they opened, close to home and pretty good food. The ribs are usually good, but wasn’t Iwould recommend the dbl barrel baked potato, this is a large potato, stuffed with butter, sour cream and topped with a generous serving of chopped beef. I usually order this and after my wife tried it she loves it!, so give them a try, always good service,

We had the sliced BBQ sandwiches there where good but this place is just a little to high on there prices for what you are getting and the service is fast food service not café or Restaurants and it was slow service not all that friendly and I didn’t like the BBQ sause was to sweet for my test! I have to say for the price and service it would be worth it to drive to just go on down the road some place were the service is better and for the price you get waited on… wont be back.

Ribs were great. 12.00 for a plate of 4 ribs and then charge for a glass of water? Seriously? Granted it was only .25 cents but come on. Menu notes extra charges of a dollar for special requests like cutting potato in half or toppings on the side. Brisket was dry but ribs are good with plenty of meat. The slice of white untoasted bread is sad, maybe a roll or Texas toast. Would have asked but might get charged a dollar for toasting. No service in the dining room, just counter and fixings table. For the price… Pass!

I had the sampler in order to try a little of everything. the ribs are big and very meaty, sausage ok, brisket dry and the ham was sliced to thin. The BBQ sause was a little to sweet for me. Asked for a plate and got a basket with paper in it. It’s your basic BBQ joint. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here!

I am a Vegatarian and they are a BBQ joint. I order the baked potato and put some BBQ sauce on it and it’s very good. The staff are always friendly and I like having dinner there with my family. I also like that they had a Groupon special recently!

Are you kidding me? This is my absolute FAVORITE place for a sliced BBQ sandwich. I’m not sure how they do it, but their buns are the freshest in town… every time. Highly recommend Woody Creek. YUM!

I like to support small local places and even though the food is good, but the brisket tastes more baked, than smoked. Trading Post is much better and even a chain like Spring Creek does better.
