Specialties
Bringing modern, northern Italian cuisine to sunny Florida — Terra & Acqua’s chef/owner, Simone Parisi, is creating something to experience. Terra & Acqua is a restaurant inspired by the beautiful Atlantic ocean and the freshest of locally-farmed ingredients.
History
Established in 2015.
«Our goal is to build a staple for the community for at least 15 years,» Monica said. «We know we can be successful. We want to build a thriving business based on consistent and high-quality food while offering good service and good values.»
Each of the dishes are made from scratch with locally grown ingredients. «The food is to die for. The noodles are homemade and the sauces are light,» she said. «I can’t wait to figure out what I’m going to order the next time I come.»
The Parisi’s may be new residents of St. Augustine Beach, but they are veterans in the restaurant business. They own two Italian restaurants in Denver as well.

Business Owner
Originally from Florence, Italy, Simone said he wants to give residents a place where they will never eat the same dish twice, no matter how often they come to the restaurant.
«I grew up in a family where food is the most important thing,» he said.
Simone and Monica own Terra & Acqua, a new restaurant at 134 Sea Grove Main Street in Sea Grove Plaza on St. Augustine Beach.
