WARNING! BUYER BEWARE! I bought a retractable dog leash from this store. The first time I tried it fresh out the package, it didn’t retract. I thought, Well, maybe I just got a bad one. I’ll take it back. I took it back with the receipt. They had more for sale there, and I grabbed one off the shelf, same issue. I told the young lady there that it was probably just a bad batch, and to give me a refund so I could go buy one at Pestmart. Nope. No refunds. I can understand exchange only policies for stuff that works, but what? They sell you something they claim works, but doesn’t and you have to take it. No options.
