History

Established in 2011.

Started by Kyle Burrows in 2011. Scott Stork and Kyle Burrows formed a partnership in 2012.

Kyle’s legal career began as an associate attorney working in private practice for a former St. Charles County Circuit Judge. After 4 years of associate work gaining experience in various fields, including: family law, criminal law, estate planning, personal injury, auto accidents and real estate law, Kyle founded the Burrows Law Firm to centralize his practice areas.

Kyle now focuses his practice on the areas of personal injury, criminal law, family law and real estate law. Though Kyle’s practice is located in St. Charles County, he has experience practicing in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, Lincoln County, Warren County, Jefferson County, Franklin County, the Missouri Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

In addition to being a licensed attorney, Kyle holds a real estate broker’s license with the State of Missouri.

Scott S.

Business Owner

Scott began his legal career in Richmond, Virginia in 2002. He focused his practice on real estate law and civil litigation. He then became an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney and worked as a prosecutor in the City of Richmond. Scott and his wife moved to the St. Louis area in 2006, where he began his career in Missouri at the City of St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office. Soon he was hired as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Charles County, where he practiced for five years. During his time as a prosecutor, Scott has tried dozens of complex cases, including jury trials in cases such as murder, robbery, narcotics offenses, and many lesser crimes. Scott also serves as Municipal Judge in various St. Charles County municipalities.

Scott’s focus is in the areas of criminal law, traffic law, estate planning, civil litigation, and family law. He is a member of the St. Charles County bar association, as well as a member of the St. Charles Rotary Club.
