Always great and fast service! Knowledgeable and helpful staff, good prices, exceptional service!
I recently had a flat tire and rolled in on my spare at 5:55pm, 5 minutes before their close. They told me no worries, they didn’t want me to drive away on a donut, and took care of me right away. Seriously helpful staff!
Would highly recommend this location to a friend. If you need a new set of tires, their free tire rotation for life service is awesome also!

I came to this store due to experiencing some vibration problems after getting my tires rotated and balanced at the Naperville location on Ogden Ave. The customer service was excellent and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Mack was very friendly and informative and he assured me they would take care of my problem. I was out of there quickly and back on the road. Thanks again Mack! I will definitely be back to this location!

I recently came in because my tires were wayyyyyy run down. While my dealership didn’t care and didn’t offer to assist me in any way (despite having less than half the amount of miles on my tires as their warranty was good for), I took the initiative to call the tire company and they told me to take them to one of their approved service providers to see what they could do. I called before I arrived to be sure they knew how to help. When I arrived, they knew who I was and made the phone call for me and were able to assist me with my tires. I got a nice set of new tires for a good price and they were very helpful in laying out my options for me.
I visit regularly for tire pressure checks and rotations and have also invested in their tire warranty program. Great place!

The guys at this location are great, very kind and quick to help. I came in with a flat tire on a Friday but had a weekend full of long distance driving ahead of me. Since they didn’t have the tire I needed at their location, the replaced my spare with a used tire of theirs so I could take my trip. The new tire was ready on Monday with a friendly follow up from the manager Matt. They got the new tire on and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Thank you!

I bought 4 winter tires last year at this store and got the best customer service from any store around. Carlos Espinosa is awesome! he helped me picked the perfect tires for my car at a very affordable price. Everyone is very friendly and extends professional courtesy, and answers any question you may have. I would highly recommend these guys anytime of the day. will be coming back here again!

I started off my day with National Tire and Battery «NTB» to get an alignment for my vehicle. NTB was very concerned about my tread and stressed that I should explore new tires. I didn’t want to explore paying for all new tires with them at the moment. So I asked them if they could balance all my tired for me (I was totally willing to pay for it). NTB was concerned about liability. It was their policy that they couldn’t even touch the tire or take it off the car because the tread was to low. So I took my fresh new alignment and went to this Discount Tire location to inquire. I ask them to do a balance and rotation for me. Discount tires response to me was that my tired tread was perfectly ok. Yes its true I won’t have 100% traction but to worry about that in the fall before winter. They assured me my tires were perfectly ok and that I was not to worry for this cross country road trip I was about to take. They didn’t try to sell me new tires. They balanced all my tires for me and I was out the door in no time. The feeling here reminded me of the small town honest sense of integrity that used to dominate business back in the day. It was refreshing to see this within a corporate setting.

I made an appointment at 8am when they opened to get all 4 of my tires replaced. Matt was get my husband and I a thorough explanation of the pros and cons of the tires they had available for my Honda Pilot as well as any promotions/​rebates going on at the time. I was in and out with my Yokohamas within an hour!
Make sure you take advantage of their credit card that offers 6 months no interest!
They also offer a complimentary tire air check and will fill you up if you’re low!
