I’ve been here a few times now-​for massages and facials. This place pretty good I would say. If you are looking for a massage… Renee is the best! Best massage I’ve ever had!

I’ve been to many locations in St. Louis as I am a Massage LuXe member (for about 3 years), however it was my first time here at St, Charles. First, the frontdesk staff was very friendly and helpful. This Massage LuXe, like others, is very clean, and nicely decorated.
Both my husband and I had massages. He was called 10 minutes before me (right before our appointment time of 3) and I got called back closer to 310. I wasn’t stressing because in the past this has happened, but the therapist will always add the extra time at the end. Never have I had anyone short change my 50 minutes. Well, my massage was 45 minutes, at best. «It’s only 5 minutes» Welllll, I paid for 50, girl. Unfortunately the massage itself was very poor quality. One thing I really didn’t like was she sprayed eucalyptus on a tissue and then draped the saturated tissue across my face, eyes and nose included. I’ve never had anyone do that (usually they’ll just put it in front of your nose for 10 seconds while you deep breathe). Well, she put it in my face and I thought «Well this is different. Let’s give it a try!» until about 90 seconds later when I couldn’t breathe anymore, was starting to get a headache and my eyes were watering. I had to take it off my face. I just don’t know why this is her practice when nobody, in my years of going to massages, has ever done anything like that. She didn’t ask if I wanted it either, just put it on my face.
She spent a very long time on my feet and felt like no time at all on my back (which I told her was my one problem area).
My husband didn’t have much more luck than me. After asking for more pressure over and over, he finally gave up. Now, usually if one of us gets a bad massage its a fluke, and the other one had a good one. It’s never happened where we both had bad massages at the same time. Well, that was the case here. We both were so disappointed and so unhappy with the quality of our massages we will not be back to this location. I am giving 2 stars because of the positives I listed at the beginning of my review.

I had the pleasure of getting an hour massage from Mike. He was great! He was very professional and I left feeling great! Their facilities and staff were very nice as well.

I never have had a massage that I didn’t enjoy every minute of, until this one. In the first 10 minutes I was trying to figure out how to end the session. He started «touching» my feet, not massaging, with no oil or lotion, I honestly thought it was a joke. The entire time, the therapist was yawning. Thought he might fall asleep. I started the massage face down, expecting to flip halfway through, and it didn’t happen, no arms, neck, or head massage. A big waste of $ 74. I told the ladies at the desk about my experience, just so they could pass along the feedback and hopefully improve the experience. But I won’t be going back to find out.

I received a one hour massage from sheroll and really enjoyed it! She was really good. Will be coming back again and asking for her.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. I will never go back and will tell all my friends and family to avoid this place as well. First, my therapist was gone for a good 10 minutes when she left so I could change, so my massage was already cut short. Then, she spent 20 minutes on my feet with almost zero pressure AND only used one hand the whole time! She was obviously distracted and it became apparent she was on her phone or doing something else. She then moved up to my legs and eventually my back, and the pressure was still terrible and she was still only using one hand (mind you I asked for deep tissue). I finally asked her to be more firm but at that point I was so uncomfortable at to what else she was doing I just wanted to get out of there. He managed to use my whole 40 minutes (10 was cut short because it took her so long) on my feet and back that she didn’t even have time to flip me over and do my front. I was furious when I left and left my number at the front desk for the manager to call me. I had to call her since she never did call, and explained to her my bad experience and asked her to go through the employees phone to make sure there was no pictures on it. She assured me there wasn’t, and only offered me a half hour free massage to make up for it!
You couldn’t pay me to go back to this place. Beware!
