this place closed… i use to use this place 3 times a week when it was turtle wax, the new owner was an unhappy cranky slob. i use to try and help him with suggestions to improve his shop… fix the big hole in the front counter, get rid of the car with the flat tire sitting out front for 6 months… bring back the yearly car wash cards that turtle wax makes a ton of $$ off. don’t take 22 mins. to get my car from start to finish. put a neon sign in the window stating you are open on cloudy days, he didnt car he lost his xxl shirt. once the girl going to school at niu left, he brought in his relatives to run the front desk, they were totally useless. if the dumbass owner had listened to his customers and his employees, he probably would still be in business, people in st. charles want an upscale carwash

basic at best — place was deserted on a sunny Saturday morning. For $ 25 bucks I expect much more than a quick run thru and a wipe down with a towel for a few minutes.

I am so impressed. I asked for full detail inside and out. I could not be back to pick up car before they closed. I paid ahead on faith and would pick up after. It took a minute to relize it was my car. Showroom shine. I have kids and dogs who’s have stained the seats over the last 3 years. All gone. Car looks like I just drove off showroom floor. I will go back always. Great staff, professional, you will not be disappointed. I will say just tip the person who is doing the work. They deserve it.

The worst car wash ever, I get it there using high school kids that are getting $ 8.50 an hour but when you spend $ 16 for car wash and you still have bugs on the front of your car brake dust on your rims and half the interior is clean that’s wrong. It wasn’t even worth bringing to their attention I watch the kid on my car for 15 minutes I looked it over and I was so disappointed I just left went home and finish the job myself… I’ve got them better carwashes at mobile! Now I can see why it was my car and only one other I should have known better

I paid around 25 bucks in total for a full detailed wash. What a waste of money.
I was greeted by a guy who seemed in a rush. I asked him if I paid extra if his guys would use something to get the dead bugs off the side of my car. He said no problem.
The girl at the register area was nice enough. No complaints here.
In this area, you can watch your car coming out of the wash and get dried. There was nothing but a sea of pissed off, frowning teenagers. It took forever for the kid who was drying my car to waive his towel indicating my car was done. Which normally I wouldn’t mind if he’s being meticulous. Turns out, he wasn’t.
First thing I noticed is that the dried bugs were still clearly there. Second thing I noticed was the water dripping from the door edges. Which I asked him to wipe. I tipped him well despite my displeasure. I’m not a prick like that.
Anyway, when I got home and left my car for a bit and came back to it, that’s when I saw all the dry water marks from where water had dripped from all the edges.
Really expensive car wash that I’d normally expect for 5 bucks.

I haven’t been to this wash since it was turtle wax, and I decided to give it a try. I purchased the Super Performance wash with the express wax. The greeter was very courteous, and was knowledgable about prices. I walked inside to promptly pay, and the man who looked like the manager or owner was very gracious. I then went to go watch my car go through the wash, and I saw something that worried me. One of the employees was grabbing my weather tech floormats with the driver door open, as the car was being pulled forward! The other thing I noticed was green tape over the turtles or anything that said turtle wax. Once my car was being dried, I went and sat in the waiting room. When my car was pulled out, the employee asked me if there was anything he missed, and I tipped him nicely. My car was very clean, and I was happy with the way it turned out. I think they need to do some little housekeeping things and be a little more careful with customer cars, but overall I was satisfied and I would definitely go back.

This used to be Turtle Wax Car wash which to be really honest I liked better.
My day here started out well. I was greeted by a very energetic and nice young man who offered me the range of choices… not being pushy about anything.
The insides looked looked dirty and dingy and you can tell that they tried to cover anywhere that said Turtle Wax with tape. But perhaps they were in process of getting their own signage… I’ll throw them a bone for that one.
Then I headed onto the cashier to pay for my wash. The woman at the cash wrap was really nice and friendly.
Then I went back by the window where you can watch you car being washed. Then I noticed something bad. When your car goes through the wash a person who works there appears to drive your car through the wash (most paces that I have been it is generally motorized-​no one has to sit in the car). Then I noticed while the person (he looked like a teen was driving my car) he was TEXTING?! Seriously? You’re not supposed to text while driving and granted he was in a car wash but my car is a luxury SUV and the car in front of mine was a brand new LEXUS (the only reason I knew that is because it had IL temp plates)…one false move and this disrespectful kid can damage 2 very, very expensive automobiles.
I asked who I thought was the manager and if he allows individuals to text while in other people’s cars… he stated no… then I had made the comment that «what happens when one of his employees crashes my car and has to pay for the damages»… The manager turns around and gives me a nasty look and he says «excuse me?» In just a really nasty way… after his questioning-​I reiterated what I said, then he turned around without saying word to me (i think he was just pissed as me because he thought I said something else-​he never apologized to me or even showed anything that told me he was sorry) and walked off to my car and opened the passenger door and what I am assuming said some choice words to his employee, then he proceeds to SLAM the passenger door shut. I am very gentle with my car because I know how much it costs-​be nice to my care dude.
Was my car clean-​yes and the young man who dried it did a very nice joband I did tip him accordingly he cannot be responsible for the other young man or the behaviour of his manager.
But after the disrespect that was shown to my car and my property from the manager the the disrespectful young man who drove in my car I will not be back and I’ll let others know.
The place cannot be seen off the road and I think they would want to get more customers. They lost one today.
Next time I’ll go back to my dealership to get the car washed where it is free and they respect my patronage as well as my and my car. I came here in a pinch… bad idea.
