My fab stylist, Tonya, joined the team at Suzanne Denee. I love this salon — it’s so cute and welcoming. And bonus… they offer just about everything you could want. Eyelash extensions, hair extensions, facials, manicures, pedicures, typical salon stuff like cuts and color, and more!

Came in for highlight on medium length hair. Color turned out ok. Have had better, have had worse color jobs. The reason they get 2 stars is I felt like it was way too expensive for what I got. Right around 175.00 was way too much for this salon. Although close to home, I won’t be back due to price.

I personally have never had a treatment done at this salon but I can say their customer service is pretty incredible. When the salon first opened I purchased a package but then shortly moved out of the area.
A few years later after moving back I called to inquire about it, not expecting much, and the sales associate spoke to the owners who recalled my purchase and provided me with a full credit. For a business owner to recall a purchase from years ago and still honor it is beyond impressive.
Bravo!

A friend gave me a gift certificate to this salon for my Birthday. I decided to start with for a manicure– which turned out to be a huge fiasco.
I came in for French no chip (no, nothing too exotic, or difficult). The process took WAY longer then should’ve, and I rushed out since I was running late for work.
When I arrived at work I noticed that the width of lines varied from finger to finger, the cuticles looked untouched.
I called the salon and explained what happened. I was assured that a more experienced manicurist would redo my nails. \I came back the same day. The girl was very pleasant but my nails looks sick and bulky, and lacked professional salon look.
So 2.5 hours of my time $ 35+2 tips, I was not happy, and had to get my nails redone by the end of the week.
Needless to say, I was not thrilled about going back this salon. I also moved to a different office for work, so the location did not work for me anymore.
I explained the situation to the salon manager asking if I could get a refund for the remaining amount of the gift certificate.
She called me stating that the owner refused to refund the rest of the money and that I could buy the products, or give it as a gift to someone else.
Watch out ladies! Once you have a gift certificate from that place you are trapped!
Needless to say, I do not recommend this place for a manicure.
Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

I drive 45 minutes out of my way to get to this salon. Why? Because of Colleen. She is a consummate professional and my idea of the perfect stylist. She is accommodating to my requests, whether it’s a modern asymmetrical cut or a platinum dye job, and she has the technical expertise to pull off everything I’ve ever asked for. I receive compliments constantly! Thank you Colleen!
I’ve never had a problem with the support staff or facility, the prices are fair, overall a great experience.

I scheduled my wedding hair and makeup services with this business because they came recommended by the venue and they came onsite for no extra charge. Sherri is amazing! My hair and makeup at the trial and my wedding day was flawless.
Everything else was not good. Every time I called to change the number of people getting their hair done it was a challenge. The girls who answer the phone have no idea what they are doing and they put you on hold for at least five minutes to find someone else. When someone answers the phone, it took a long time for them to find my reservation, even though I had called a number of times before. Even when I came for my trial, I heard three different prices and payment options… the receptionist had to call the owner at home to get a final answer.
I also got a facial in preparation for the wedding and she did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable and sweet. I still have the «to go» samples she gave me and they are very good.
On my wedding day two stylists and the owner were there. They were on time and ready to start and Sherri did a great job on me and the other girl did a great job on one of my bridesmaids. She unfortunately did a hack job on my mother’s hair and it had to be redone. Suzi (the owner) just stood there the whole time, there was no reason for her to be there except to introduce herself to the sales staff at the hotel, not the time and place when I’m paying you to be there for me and my bridal party. She did eventually help fix my mother’s hair because we were running out of time.
The stylists are overall, a talented group of women, but the support staff are useless and frustrating to deal with. The convenience was great and I was happy with the way I looked, but they were the worst vendor I had to deal with for my wedding.

I came here for a haircut. I had a stylist who was friendly and did a great job (britney). I am happy with the results. I really also liked that they were able to get me in right away (that night). It’s a nice easy to get to location with plenty of parking. The prices were reasonable (About 40 for cut and style). They gave me a bunch of coupons when i left, which makes it more appealing to come back. The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because i have only been once and tried one service. I plan on going there for my next cut.

I have been going to this salon since it opened over 8+ years ago. Nadine is my preferred stylist and she has an amazing ability doing hair and has never failed knowing exactly what I want. I trust that she will always get my cut and style right. All of the stylists here are professional, know the latest techniques and styles, and truly do an amazing job! The owner of this salon has truly hired the best staff in the area! Great job ladies!

There are many times when I get the idea that I need a change. I want my hair cut and colored at the spur of the moment. Well thankfully, I have been going to Tania for over five years and she is always willing to help! No matter what, she finds a way to fit my appointments in to her schedule, even if she has to stay late or come in early! That kind of Customer Service, commitment and hard work is very difficult to find these days!
Tania is the QUEEN of color! She always has the solution to all my problems. I have too many greys. She covers them up, matching my color perfectly. My hair is too dull! She can make it glossy. My hair is too damaged. She works her magic and makes it healthy! I dyed my hair using box color when I was in a pinch, which I will NEVER do again! She doesn’t judge or scold you like most hair stylists would!
I don’t know how many times I have sat in her chair and said, «I have no idea what I want to do, I just know I need a change.» I like to think she takes that as a challenge. And let me tell you, she always wins! I am always getting compliments on my color. Most often, from complete strangers. People have stopped me on the street to tell me that my hair looks great. I have never had a better hair stylist.
Not to mention, Tania is super friendly and so easy to talk to. I could sit in her chair for hours (and I sometimes do!) and the time flies by. She is super helpful and always teaches me something new. She taught me how to use a round brush, which straightener is best for my hair and what shampoo will keep my color lasting the longest.
I will never go to another person for my color, or even my hair cuts for that matter. Tania is the top of the line.

I had a wonderful experience here with my bridal party. I had a lot of issues with my girls and the roster for who was standing up at my wedding kept shifting (some couldn’t come back from school, some didn’t like the groom…). The salon was so understanding of the constant changes. On top of that I had a wonderful stylist.
Sharon was so down to earth and fun to talk to. I had an unusal request for my hair. I wanted it styled after Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones. Needless to say I hair fit for a khaleesi.

First off all the people here are very friendly. Appts seem easy to get.
The place is clean and inviting. Monika for waxing is very good. I dislike writing negative review but, I do also believe in letting people know these other services were not done right. It is too bad as they are so nice in there. I believe in giving local businesses my business but, not again.
The first issue is they do not have a dedicate nail tech. The stylists do manicures and pedicures. I needed to get a no chip manicure and regular pedicure for vacation.
They are not skilled in this area and fail at every service with nails. The girl who perform my no chip was not savvy in the process. I had a French and she painted the white on top of the nail which made it bumpy. Also she did not cover the natural white of the nail, and they were bubbled, and uneven. The whole thing took 2 hours. I know that a no chip takes longer but, it was a poor job and my nails were left with missing polish. This did not even last a few days before they chipped and I had not even left for vacation. I have been having no chips and regular manicures for over 20 years. I could have gone a chop shop and had better. As for the pedicure the person tried using some kind of scrub which didn’t take off any dead skin. She file on all directions leaving my feet more snagging then when I walked in. I ended up having to file my own feet and then get another pedicure. They also do not use a great top coat so it peeled off. I have never had that happen on my toes in my life.
I hope they are better at hair.

I have been loyally going to Colleen for my cut and color for over 4 years now. She is incredibly talented at what she does, and actually takes the time to listen and have a discussion with you to be sure you get exactly what you are looking for. Years ago when I complained that my hair looks so much better when she styles it, she took the time to show me where I was going wrong in my feeble blow-​dry attempts!
She also did the hair and make-​up for the bridal party of a wedding I was recently in. I could not have possibly gotten more compliments on my hair, and everyone’s make-​up was FLAWLESS. She came to our hotel and was the one keeping us on time, which was fabulous!
I can’t say enough how dedicated Colleen is to ensuring her clients are satisfied and continuing to learn the latest and greatest. I highly recommend her to everyone that will listen for her hair & make-​up services!

Colleen just did the hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party this past October. 1 word… AMAZING! My makeup was flawless. My hair was exactly how I imagined. I was truly blown away with how everything turned out for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mom (whom she also styled and did makeup for). She was right on schedule and worked so hard all morning to make all of us so beautiful. I could never thank her enough for making me feel so wonderful on the most important day of my life!

I have such a dilemma about this place.
Last year I was in a wedding and the bride paid for us to all get our hair done. We were each set up with our own appointment and stylist.
I have a nick name, and a given leagal name. The bride gave my nickname for my appointment. We all arrived at the same time and the woman at the counter called everyone but me, I guess we were in a group?
Obviously I was with the group. Everyone went off except for me. I was left standing there like a fool and everyone at the counter had left.
A few moments later the girl at the counter came back and ignored me. I walked up to her and she immediately met me with rudeness asking what I was doing and what I needed very harshly. At this time another older woman walked up. I explained I was with the bridal party. They insisted that I did not have an appointment and almost told me they could not take me (the bride made the appointment!!!).
Finally, the found me under my nickname.
I think had to wait almost 20 mins for my stylist to be done with a manicure. I was the last girl done and the entire bridal party had to wait for me.
The woman who did my hair was great. She was friendly and upbeat. She did a fantastic job on my hair, the curls lasted until the next day and I did not have a difficult time pulling the pins out.
In May my fiancé bought me a gift card here, on accident. I hinted that I wanted a mani pedi from the nail salon across the street. Nevertheless, I called to schedule a mani and pedi as I was going on vacation soon.
The tween that answered the phone was obnoxious. She had no appointments for the time I needed. When I was asking for additional dates she says «Ugh! I already told you no, that’s not available!»
I told her I would call back. I called back the next day AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW they had time available for me. When I asked if there had been cancellations I was told no… they were never booked up.
So, I got my mani pedi by the same woman that did my hair for the wedding. Again, very nice, professional and just so fun to talk to.
I had money left over on my gift card so a few months after my mani and pedi I got a hair cut. It was okay — I don’t normally go to this place for my hair but I figured why not since I had a gift card.
The girl that did my cut was okay. It wasn’t the best cut that I’ve had.
All in all, this place is okay. Everyone that works here is good looking and a little stuck up, except for the lady that did my hair and nails, she wasn’t stuck up at all. If anything she is too good for this salon.
Unfortunately I won’t come back here. I am getting married in April and I will not be coming here for my hair or my bridal party.
I like to go to a salon where I feel welcomed and accepted. I don’t get warm friendly feeling here.

Was in a pinch for a haircut, was able to book with Shari the same day. She did a great cut on my full semi — curly in all the wrong places hair. Best cut I have had in ages!

I come here for both.
Been a client here for a few years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Estheticians are professional, efficient, and provide for a relaxing atmosphere. I prefer Monica for my underarm waxes ($ 20). She is thorough yet quick. I’m usually in and out in less than 20 minutes. She typically works Thursday mornings and all day Saturdays. Leilani is also great.
They accomodate walk ins but prefer you call ahead for an appointment, even if you just give an hour’s notice. Even if you have to wait, they’ve got plenty of magazines and complimentary beverages to keep you busy.

I have been going to Suzanne Denee Salon and Day Spa for two and half years now. I followed my hair stylist Christina.
The salon is beautiful. It has a wonderful relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Most of the staff know me by name and are always willing to help me with whatever I need whether it is fitting me in her schedule or questions in general. The entire staff works as a team which I think is very important in a successful salon.
My stylist Christina is the best stylist I have ever been to. She has a passion for hair that is hard to find. She is constantly eagerly learning new techniques. She is extremely talented and in some ways a perfectionist when it comes to hair. She will not let you leave until you and HER are both happy. She does whatever it takes to make sure that goal is fulfilled. I have had black hair with damage free purple, pink, blonde, and red extensions that are great for changing your style without damaging it! One of Christina’s strongest qualities is that she is honest. She wants you to have beautiful HEALTHY hair. I wanted to go from black hair to lightening it and adding blonde chunky highlights. Most stylists would jump into doing this and not care that my hair was going to break off after a week. Christina was honest that this was going to take some time but with my patience and her expertise I now am a brunette with almost platinum blonde highlights. She will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy and I have never left being dissatisfied.
I highly recommend her to everyone I meet especially because I am constantly being asked where I get my hair done.
Their prices and products are fantastic and you will be sure to get your money’s worth and more.
I am a loyal client and would never think of going anywhere else for all of my hair and spa needs.
