The driving force behind this success is, of course, The Original Slider®. It’s a 100% all beef patty topped with steamed onions, a pickle and sandwiched between two freshly steamed buns. History

Established in 1921.

White Castle was founded by the Ingram family in 1921 in Wichita, KS. But we’re more than a company. We’re more than a 2×2 all beef patty sandwiched between two freshly steamed buns and topped with a pickle and steam grilled onions. We’re a Craving.

What is a Craving? It’s what drives our loyal Cravers to come back to their favorite Castles time and time again. It’s what inspires songs about Sliders and weddings at the Castle. We’re an experience over 90 years in the making that is as unique as our Cravers.
