not a good place to take your vehicle. they charge you for services they don’t perform. take way too long to finish the job. then the problem still exists. and they charge you a fortune. definitely not even close to a five star I give them a minus five star. only reason I gave them one star is cause its the only way I can post this

This place is a joke! I came in at 12 a clock on a Thursday for an estimate and they asked if I could leave my car there for a little since they are busy, which I understood. I left my car and waited until about 3 30 then I called and asked if my estimate was done. They told me my car was next in line so I said okay hung up and waited another 2 hours. Knowing they closed at 6 I called at 5 45 asking what was going on? They said that I didn’t give them the right number (which I did) and they proceeded to tell me my estimate. After which I said alright well I can’t leave my car over night and told them I’d be coming to grab my keys. I came to their shop at 6 :03 and nobody was there. My keys were sitting on the table. Now I have to miss a day of work because these assholes couldn’t stay an extra minute for me to grab my keys and leave

I’m a car girl, yes we do exist, so when I take my car some where I need to have trust in them. The first line of trust is how I am treated. I never tell them I know what they are talking about. I let them speak, if they are pulling a fast one I usually know.
The owner talked directly to me and told me exactly what the problem was. He did not sugar coat it and was not annoyed with my follow up questions. He actually has taught me a few more things to add to my bag of knowledge.
So far they have replaced my brakes, rotors, given me oil changes, checked out my car after the engine light was on and now they are trying to solve a mystery with my rear defrost.
My brakes were well under $$ that most places charge for rotors and brake pads. They did tell me I needed new tires; however, I already knew that and they could not compete with the pricing I had already received.
Oil changes. I use synthetic. He advised me it was not necessary; but, would do it for me if I wanted. He charged me ½ what I was normally paying with other places. WOW ½ the price as other places, I was amazed.
I am a client for life. Go see them because you will get a good and fair deal. Just make sure, if you have to leave your car, you have a ride. They do not shuttle.
