Sears Auto Center

While visiting our brother in Minnesota recently, he unexpectedly needed repairs done on his vehicle. We suggested going to Sears, since we’ve had good experiences in repairing our vehicles at the Sears in California where we live; so he went to the Auto Center at Sears on 41^st and Division in St. Cloud/​Waite Park.
The mechanic/​technician we spoke to was David, and we were really impressed with his customer service skills. He was easy to talk to, friendly and patient as we explained the problems. He also proved to be very knowledgeable, as well as dedicated to getting things done right — he appears to love what he does! The rest of the team there also worked hard to get my brother the best prices available. We appreciated the excellent quality of the work that was done, as well as the high level of customer service provided by the Sears Auto Center staff.
