Established in 2001.

AShadeUrbane is the recent culmination of 14 years of experience in a wide variety of programs and interwoven specialties. Upon graduation from Dallas Roberts Academy in 2001, Meredith Trimmer immediately immersed herself in the industry, expanding beyond the basic hair dresser into advanced education, techniques and related specialties. These include everything hair, master esthetics, microdermabrasion, head-​to-​toe waxing, eyelash extensions, lash extensions classes and certification and more. Meredith is a regular guest instructor in hair academies throughout Utah. aShadeUr​bane​.com highlights Meredith’s advanced techniques in a wide variety of salon treatments and establishes the creative vision that has earned her hundreds of discriminating and loyal clients over the years.

Business Owner

A Shade Urbane encompasses my creative vision of the hair and beauty industry. I believe it is essential to continually improve my skills and knowledge in this rapidly evolving field. A few of the advanced education classes I have attended to date include hands-​on cutting and coloring instruction given by Nick Arrojo, Phillip Wilson, Nicholas French, and Henry Calcogna. I have also participated in classes at the Redken Exchange in NYC and Wella Studios in San Francisco. Additionally I have attended a wide variety of business and leadership classes from Larry Curtis and Geno Stampora. Finally, I am outgoing, driven, and passionate about our industry and the personal relationships I build with my team members and most importantly each of my clients.
