I personally handle every aspect of every transaction for every client I take on. I gauge my success by how well I serve my clients best interest not by how many clients I have.

History

Established in 1991.

We met Shane through the internet when we requested homes to see in Saint George, UT. Within an hour Shane had responded and he setup our requests. When we arrived in Saint George Shane had homes for us to see that had met our criteria. He hit it right on the button. After three days of looking we had come up with three homes. We put in an offer on our favorite choice and based on Shane’s input it was accepted. Shane helped all the way through escrow which was done while we were back in California preparing for our move to Utah. He setup workmen to complete the items needing repair thru the escrow. Shane has very high marks from us for integrity, intelligence, professionalism, loyalty and reliability. He never let us down and is still helping us after escrow closed. Shane’s drive and determination showed throughout the whole process. We can’t thank him enough and would not hesitate recommending Shane.

Business Owner

Shane was born in Logan Utah his father a contractor, His fathers father was a Carpenter and my mothers father was a Plumber. Uncle Kurt was an Electrician and Growing up I worked with them all.

Moved to St George in 1986 to attend Dixie College. Summer job I was Site Supervisor on the buildings that flank the Kmart And then ran a belly dump for SunBrook Construction building The SunBrook Golf course. In 1991 I set my Real Estate License and started work under top producing Real Estate Agent Joe Sherry in Las Vegas.

1999 I activated my license and became a member of the California Board Of Realtor. In 2009 after 8 years of IVF my wife agreed to my desires to move back to my home state to raise our Beautiful Baby girls.
