We moved to Saint George from Southern California. We made visits every 4−6weeks to look at homes, and lance and his team made our needs a top priority-​even when we only gave a few hours/​one day in advance that we would be in town. He was very patient with us and helped us for several months looking. Once we made an offer the negotiations and process went so smoothly and well. Lance was always there each step of the way.

Being a first time home buyer is a bit scary. I had an idea of what I wanted, and what I didn’t want, and no idea what to expect when I started looking.
I contacted Lance when I knew I was ready to get serious about my house hunting. He made it his mission to find the right place for me.
Lance started sending me listings he thought I’d be interested in. And there were a lot, but most had HOA or were condos not homes.
After looking at a few homes in my price range I began to get discouraged. Lance urged me to go look at a cute downtown 2bd 2ba town home with an amazingly reasonable HOA, and I figured, why not? I walked in and immediately fell in love. I had to have it.
Lance was on it, he wrote an offer that night, and by the end of the next day we had a counter and a deal, despite other interested parties. That was the easy part, Lance prepared me for what could be a roller coaster ride while trying to get a loan.
Again as a first time home buyer there were other hoops I had to jump through, but Lance was always quick to reply (usually within 20 minutes!) to any questions I asked, and after hearing horror stories from friends and family I feared the worse, but it went smooth an easy!
We even closed early and I got my keys the same day!
I feel that if Lance hadn’t strongly urged me to step out of my comfort zone and see something else at a comparable price I wouldn’t have ended up with this house I absolutely adore and now own!
He made this a completely painless process from start to finish. I will recommend him to ANYONE who needs a Realtor
He is the BEST in Southern Utah!
