The Inn at Entrada

This place is nothing short of amazing. Checked in during an unplanned roadtrip, we almost didn’t get anything done cause we loved our room so much! Such a nice getaway from Las Vegas. Will def be back soon– maybe next weekend.

How could I not fall in love with Utah when this place exist & it’s about ³⁰⁄₄₅ mins away from Zion National Park?!
On New Year’s Day 2016, I was fortunate enough to call this place my home for the weekend! The entire property is intriguing and spacious.
I am a city girl and too much of the countryside can make me homesick, however this place grew on me from the very beginning. It’s very private and it has a warm home feel.
The suite that I stayed in had two rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, an enormous backyard, front yard, garage, & large living room. It was very impressive! The ceiling has sunroofs scattered all throughout that gave natural light in the day time. It was even more beautiful when the sun was just peeking through the horizon.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower & tub. There is also a fireplace and a patio door that leads into the front yard.
The kitchen has a coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, a fridge & kitchen necessities! There were forks & knives, pots & pans, all the basic needs for a kitchen. It was so awesome! I just bought groceries for the weekend and cooked my meals. It saved me a lot of money on food, not to mention I ate what I liked and it was healthy!
They provide Wifi through the suite, but it can be a little slow at times. Also, there is a pretty good selection of channels!
My stay at this place will be one I will remember! I had such a great experience and it was an amazing temporary home for a first time visitor of Utah!
Cons:
Front Desk doesn’t always answer calls.
Cleaning person may accidentally make the bed and misplace the remote in the bed.
I am definitely coming back!

Let me start of by saying that this is the 1^st time I have ever wrote a review for a hotel, and I am a frequent traveler visiting 20 – 30 hotels a year. The room was what was expected for the price, Myself and my buddy stayed in a studio. We drove up from San Diego and stopped here for a night on the way to Denver specifically for the pool. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed (which was not advertised on the 3^rd party site we booked from or the hotel website).
–FALSE ADVERTISING–
I little irked about the pool, but we moved on. I was told there was comment cards in the room. I found none, so upon checkout the next morning I asked the lady working the front desk if she had any comment cards as there were none in the room. She said we do no carry those at the front desk and the person who prints them is not here. So I continued with checking out. Upon her giving me my bill (which should have been $ 0 as I was already charged by Expedia) I had to explain to her that I had already paid and was not going to pay an addition $ 230. to which she replied «oh my bad».
2 days late I noticed 2 charges for over $ 100 on my bank statement form the hotel. I called and asked to speak to a manger after the desk clerk explained to me that she could not help me with financial matters. No manager was available until 2 days later. I asked what the charges were for and she told me that «she doesn’t know, there is no descriptor on the charge» I was promised a call back by the manager Karen Monday morning. The call never came. I called the hotel for a forth time and it was only after I treated to call the authorizes to report the hotel for fraudulent charges that I was given a managers phone number… 4 phone calls and 3 days later.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, false advertising, unprofessional /​un trained staff /​fraudulent charges for hundreds of dollars with no explanation. Nothing was offered to me to resolve the issue except a half-​assed apology … I would have turned down whatever they offered but it’s the principle of the fact. when you pay $ 230 to stay 10 hours at a hotel you expect what you pay for and decent customer service. We did not receive any of this… and before you start making accusations about me being «just another entitled patron», I am an active duty Marine Sergeant and I know how to conduct myself… and again, this is the 1^st time I have EVER left a negative hotel review for any hotel. Awful experience

Just spent a few days with several other couples at the Inn at Entrada. We stayed in the Johnny Miller suite and could not imagine a more perfect place for our group. Each of the five bedrooms had a private full bath, the house had a putting green, Jacuzzi, large screen TV’s, a gourmet kitchen, billiards table and more. Spent one day at nearby Zion’s National Park, another playing the Entrada golf course and another at a nearby spa and community theater. Great time for all involved. The golf course was in exceptional shape and the views were spectacular. This is an exceptional place with no detail overlooked. Highly recommend it for anyway looking to get away, relax and enjoy.

What a treat it is to stay here, located inside the gated golf course community Entrada it has all the amenities you could possibly desire. The connecting houses have attached garages and daily room service. For our family we had both sides of one of their units, this had a gigantic master/​studio suite connecting to another two bedroom suite with a gigantic kitchen and family room. We had our extended family join us during the day for the World Cup finals so we were 17 people total and the combined units felt spacious even with that many people.
On the property are tennis, basket ball, beach volley ball courts giving us plenty to do during the day. In addition to their outdoor courts there is a physical fitness center with a weigh room, workout equipment, an indoor pool as well as a huge outdoor pool with spa. No one in our group was bored with so many thing to do.
There also is the Entrada golf course and club house if you get bored here ar the Inn. What a great family vacation, FIVE STARS !!!

The Inn at Entrada is hands down the best place to stay while in the St. George, Utah area. After a bit of research and a recommendation from a friend, we decided to book this place to stay during our hiking excursion to Zion National Park. It’s expensive but well worth it. Great place to unwind after hiking all day. Our one bedroom suite was more like a villa. The staff at the reception area were very friendly and helpful. They made the check in process seamless. We had the romance package booked so there were fresh roses, homemade cookies, cheese cake assortment, and sparkling cider (I think this place is in a dry community). Each unit also has a driveway and one car garage. Both the great room and bedroom has a fireplace and the bathroom has a gigantic soaking tub for two which was fantastic. The second night we took full advantage of the full kitchen and cooked a great southwestern style dinner. We didn’t want to leave and wanted to stay for a full month. We would if we could have.

We love this place. Entrada rocks and the Inn consists of several seperate units that appear more like homes than a hotel.

Overall, we had a lovely visit. The landscaping is impeccable, the rooms are state of the art, massages were excellent, and the guided hike with Jody through Snow Canyon yesterday that was breathtaking. However, the housekeeping service was not great or timely for such an upscale resort. Also, the front desk told us that we could not wear open toed shoes and denim to eat in their dining area or certain other places in the city yet we saw people dressed that way. The information was incorrect and fortunately, we did not follow their recommendations and had some amazing meals. Finally, the wifi could have been optimized. Again, this is an upscale resort and should have seamless wifi.
Xetava garden café and painted pony café were amongst our favorite places to eat along with the art shops in Kayanta which were amazing.
We would most certainly stay here again realizing there is always room for all of us to improve and get up to date information about tourism in the community.

We loved our stay at the Inn at Entrada.
Scenery around the units is fabulously gorgeous, the facility is magnificent, the service friendly and professional.
One beef we had which did not dampen our enjoyment of the place was that the promised Wi-​Fi never worked in our unit. We attempted several times to get it fixed but that never happened, and I suspect that at least for the unit we were in, it rarely, if ever, works. Wi-​fi was available at the main office.
We wish we could have stayed longer in this beautiful and restful spot. We got just enough of a taste to imagine that we will soon return. How could I forget those delicious cinnamon rolls served each morning? Yum!

Terrific location in Saint George red rock country. Very nice units. Great little golf resort.

Just perfect. The staff was perfect in every way as well. We discovered the have a very active pickle ball community and that closed the deal.

Rooms — okay, on the up side the one we stayed in had a nice kitchen and outside area to sit. Golfing — no idea, we were only here for a quick overnight on the start of a larger southern Utah tour. Pool — okay, at best, closes too early and seemed a little tired on maintenance. Getting around — it was nice to have a golf cart to get over to the fitness and club house for dinner and breakfast. Overall it was nice but a far cry from some of the other places I have been with the La Costa Resort & Spa in CA coming first to mind.

Very peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and delightful getaway. Staff is very friendly. Be careful if you get a massage, as they did bruise the back of my thigh due to deep tissue massage.

First class. Serenity and surburb views of the Red Rocks. New development, green– smart house technology, exquisite décor, peaceful and quiet. Pulling into your own garage — we felt like were home. Unpacked, chilled our champane in the refrig, kicked up the huge whirlpool tub, set the subdued lighting and settled in for beauty .
Traveled one hour to the Zion park, had better than great St George meals, especially at the Painted Pony and all in all, it doesn’t get any better than this. Simply beautiful stay in a elegant pampering setting. I wish it was my second home.

We won’t stay anywhere else in the area. A nice quiet community with plenty of activites on site & surrounding area.
We have stayed here twice, both times in a studio casita… both times EXCELLENT! The rooms are cozy & well decorated.
Some little touches that make it so unique – chocolate chip cookies upon arrival & with daily turn-​down service, «smart house» features, private garage, kitchenette (full kitchen & washer/​dryer in 1 – 3 bedrooms) & the biggest perk – THE VIEWS! They have DVD players in the rooms with a limited selection of DVD’s for rent at the front office. Free starbuck’s coffee in room was a perk for my husband.
Perfect place for couples & families. Beautiful outdoor pool area w/​4 – 8 ft deep pool, jacuzzi & small 2 ft deep kids pool. Indoor pool & spa and fitness center available to guests. 2 tennis courts, 1 basketball court & 1 sand volleyball court.
The Kokopelli lounge in the Golf Club is an excellent restaurant for a nice dinner. We had Thanksgiving dinner here in 2009 & celebrated our 5 year anniversary this trip. Both meals were delicious & a great value. I had water, my husband had iced tea, and we both had starter salads, our own meals & our own ice cream for dessert for $ 58 which included 20% gratuity added by the restaurant.
The only minor drawback to the Inn for me was the Spa. My husband & I had massages the first time we came in November 2010. The massage therapists were very friendly & very good but they don’t really have a Day Spa environment, for example no sauna, steam room, sitting room. The locker room connects to the massage rooms. Not a huge deal, just something I personally like. The locker room however is very clean & well stocked like a Day Spa locker room. Despite my comments I would have a massage here again.
We look forward to returning in the future & hope to get our families here!

Wonderful place to stay, very scenic and comfortable. Probably the best lodging options in St. George and near Zion National Park. Really liked how each unit had its own private 1-​car garage and how everything inside was remote controlled via wall switches — lights, fireplace and even the window shades! The bath was spacious with a good size jacuzzi tub. The only thing comment I do have, is that there should be 2 leather lounge chairs instead of just one. Unfortunately my stay was very limited, and didn’t have the chance to experience the restaurant on premise, or the golfing facilities. I would highly recommend this place and hope to revisit The Inn again during future travels.

The Inn at Entrada is all that and so much more. It’s not just a place you stay overnight, but an experience.
Our studio casita felt like an apartment with our own garage. Upon entering, the view will take your breath away. The floor to ceiling windows highlighted the gorgeous view from our patio. Our king-​size bed, leather lounge chair, and fireplace just added more to our accommodation. The dimming lights throughout the room makes you want to go home and upgrade your home lighting.
When you finally go around to check out the bathroom, the separate glass shower and jacuzzi will make you giggle with glee. They not only provided robes, but Aveda toiletries to make your stay even that more welcome.
Our casita also included a small refrigerator complete with a bucket of ice and since we had arrived in the evening, our milk and cookies awaited us. (There’s a microwave too should you wish to warm your cookies!) Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate and Tazo tea are available at your disposable too! Opening up the cupboards, you’ll find a blender, utensils, plates, glasses, etc., pretty much anything to help make your stay that much more pleasant. (And if you must work, high speed Internet is free!)
The Inn at Entrada currently offers 40 private casitas ranging from studios to three bedrooms. (They are building more as I write!) Guests have access to the golf course at Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club and the sports and fitness center. They also offer adventure packages that include zip lines, mountain biking, spa services, tennis lessons, rock climbing, canyoneering, yoga, and so much more! Part of the clubhouse is the Kokopelli Grill where two Cordon Bleu Chefs offer lunch and dinner specials.
I wish we had arrived earlier so we could have utilized the facilities of the Inn more and I definitely wish we had time to dine at the restaurant. Come as early and stay as long as you can!
Keep in mind that if your bedroom faces the east side, the early morning sun can shine pretty brightly into your room (even with the shades drawn). However, staying in #301, we had the bubbling creek just outside our bedroom and it was so serene. (We were told that other rooms that face the golf course can be a bit distracting with early golfers.)
A gorgeous place and a fabulous experience!
