This store is not customer service oriented. The quality of their work is poor and they do not honor their Zagg free exchange if there is an issue! I had paid nearly 100 for a screen protector on a ipad 2. It was bubbling up the next day. Went in thinking they would replace it, as I was told, but no… I can fix it the guy says! He removed a bubble and said heres a card for a free one in 6 months, you’ll want to replace it then anyway! Wow. That is some nerve! Yesterday, my tempered glass on my iphone 6 cracked after having it since April 29th.2015 exactly 1 month ! I drove clear across town to be told they were out of stock until today. I just called and they are not there yet ! Hum !! So i guess I am at their mercy and must wait, even though they want to charge an additional 10 dollars for a less than a month old shield that they charged 44.00 for! This company probably knows their days are numbered and therefore could care less about customer service! Steer CLEAR unless you like to get ripped off! I would rather pay Verizon that kind of money! That’s pretty bad !
